近日,有程序員在知名代碼托管平臺 GitHub 上發(fā)起了一個名為“996.ICU”的項目,以此抵制互聯(lián)網公司的996工作制。此舉立即得到大批程序員響應。
所謂的996是996工作制是指早上9點上班、晚上9點下班,中午和傍晚休息1小時(或不到),總計工作10小時以上,并且一周工作6天的工作制度,代表著中國互聯(lián)網企業(yè)盛行的加班文化,是一種違反《中華人民共和國勞動法》的工作制度。
而“996.ICU”意為“工作
11、996,生病ICU”。這是程序員們較為諷刺說法,意味著按照“996”工作時間表,你面臨著進入ICU(重癥監(jiān)護病房)的風險。
