1、一、教案背景:
現(xiàn)在由于環(huán)境的惡化,人類的亂捕濫獵,各種野生動物的生存正在面臨著各種各樣的威脅。近100年,物種滅絕的速度已超過了自然滅絕速度的100倍,現(xiàn)在每天都有100多種生物從地球上消失。我國也已經(jīng)有10多種哺乳類動物滅絕,還有20多種珍稀動物面臨滅絕。而它們的滅絕會導(dǎo)致許多可被用于制造新藥的分子歸于消失,還會導(dǎo)致許多有助于農(nóng)作物戰(zhàn)勝惡劣氣候的基因歸于消失,甚至引起新的瘟疫,由此所造成的損失是我們永遠(yuǎn)也無法挽回的。因此,通過本節(jié)課的學(xué)習(xí),希望能讓學(xué)生懂得保護(hù)野生動物的重要性。要知道,其實保護(hù)生物鏈條,保護(hù)生態(tài)平衡就是保護(hù)人類自己。

三、教材分析:
1、教學(xué)內(nèi)容:
Join in 六年級上冊Unit Three Animals in danger第二課時,這部分主要學(xué)習(xí)兩篇文章: ‘Save China’s tigers’ and ‘The snow leopard’里面的新句型和單詞如:There were South China Tigers about two million years ago;There is one big problem: people kill snow leopards and sell their beautiful fur,
3、 etc. 以及讓學(xué)生通過學(xué)習(xí),明白生態(tài)平衡的重要性,從而懂得保護(hù)野生動物,保護(hù)環(huán)境。
2、教學(xué)目標(biāo):
A. 能讀懂‘Save China’s tigers’ and ‘The snow leopard’這兩篇文章。
B. 能流利地讀出新詞, 如:million, few, between, South China Tiger, difficult, see, problem, kill, etc.
C. 能運用所學(xué)知識,用英語簡單描述一下自己所喜歡的動物。
3、教學(xué)重、難點:
A. 能讀懂課文,并能聽、說、認(rèn)讀單詞million, South China Tiger, few

B. 能朗讀課文,并運用所學(xué)知識,描述自己喜歡的動物。
四、教學(xué)方法:
本課時主要是運用任務(wù)型的教學(xué)方法進(jìn)行教學(xué),鞏固練習(xí)部分也會有相應(yīng)的教學(xué)游戲作為輔助。

T: I like animals. My favourite animals are dogs. Because dogs are lovely. What about you? What’s favourite animals? And why?

以5人一個小組為單位,畫出一種珍貴的動物,并運用所學(xué)知識寫寫為什么這種動物珍貴或瀕臨絕種,因此呼吁人們要保護(hù)野生動物。

六、教學(xué)反思:
這課時主要是以任務(wù)型教學(xué)貫穿整個課堂,學(xué)生帶著問題進(jìn)行閱讀,這讓學(xué)生在閱讀時有所目標(biāo),就會閱讀得更加細(xì)致。在解答問題的過程中進(jìn)行新知識的教授,也要比直接出示新內(nèi)容的效果強得多,因為學(xué)生要得知自己的答案是否正確,就會更認(rèn)真地去學(xué)習(xí)新知識,學(xué)生由‘要我學(xué)’變成‘我要學(xué)’。這樣老師就不用擔(dān)心學(xué)生的紀(jì)律問題了。一節(jié)課下來,學(xué)生對這課時的知識掌握得比較理想
其實,教師在英語教學(xué)實踐中,完全不必拘泥于某種程式,而應(yīng)深刻領(lǐng)悟每一種教學(xué)方法的內(nèi)涵、實質(zhì),創(chuàng)造性地設(shè)計符合自己教學(xué)實際的方法、模式。設(shè)合自己的,才是最好的
