37、膜焊縫質(zhì)量是拼接關(guān)鍵,施工中尤其要加強(qiáng)接縫檢測,檢測方法有一目測法、二現(xiàn)場檢漏。目測法:復(fù)合土工膜焊接好后,觀察有無漏接,接縫是否燙損,有無褶皺,是否拼接均勻等?,F(xiàn)場檢漏 采用充氣法對全部焊縫進(jìn)行檢測,焊縫為雙條,兩條之間留有約10mm的空腔,將待測段兩端封死,插入氣針,充氣至0.05mpa~0.20mpa,靜觀0.5min,觀察真空表,如氣壓無下降,表明不漏,焊縫合格,否則要查找原因及時修補(bǔ)。復(fù)合土工膜上下部錨固是重要的環(huán)節(jié),嚴(yán)格按施工圖紙并經(jīng)監(jiān)理驗(yàn)收后施工。 2, construction process control composite geomembrane laid befor

42、ge is an important link, in strict accordance with construction drawings and the supervision of acceptance after construction. 3、施工完質(zhì)量檢測。施工完質(zhì)量檢測主要是抽樣檢測 ,施工每約1000m2取一試件,做拉伸強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn),要求強(qiáng)度不低于母材的80%,且試樣斷裂不得在接縫處,否則接縫質(zhì)量不合格。整個工程共使用復(fù)合土工膜45000m2左右,現(xiàn)場共抽取焊縫試樣43組,作拉伸強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn),經(jīng)檢測合格率100%,焊縫質(zhì)量合格。 3, construction quality
