37、膜焊縫質(zhì)量是拼接關(guān)鍵，施工中尤其要加強(qiáng)接縫檢測，檢測方法有一目測法、二現(xiàn)場檢漏。目測法：復(fù)合土工膜焊接好后，觀察有無漏接，接縫是否燙損，有無褶皺，是否拼接均勻等?，F(xiàn)場檢漏 采用充氣法對全部焊縫進(jìn)行檢測，焊縫為雙條，兩條之間留有約10mm的空腔，將待測段兩端封死，插入氣針，充氣至0.05mpa~0.20mpa，靜觀0.5min，觀察真空表，如氣壓無下降，表明不漏，焊縫合格，否則要查找原因及時修補(bǔ)。復(fù)合土工膜上下部錨固是重要的環(huán)節(jié)，嚴(yán)格按施工圖紙并經(jīng)監(jiān)理驗(yàn)收后施工。 2, construction process control composite geomembrane laid befor
