摘 要
本課題主要是研究根據(jù)彎管機(jī)的工藝流程對(duì)彎管機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析和數(shù)學(xué)建模,確定適用于該系統(tǒng)的控制算法,完成理論與實(shí)踐的結(jié)合。
彎管機(jī)主要由機(jī)械裝置、液壓系統(tǒng)、等組成。機(jī)械裝置主要有卡緊裝置、小車推進(jìn)裝置、導(dǎo)向輪裝置和搖臂回轉(zhuǎn)裝置等組成。
其工作原理是采用液壓缸將鋼管勻速推進(jìn),使鋼管沿預(yù)設(shè)的軌道行走從而形成具有一定曲率半徑和角度的彎管。先將鋼管安裝就位,通過搖臂回轉(zhuǎn)裝置上的絲杠絲母?jìng)鲃?dòng)裝置調(diào)整好彎曲半徑,從而獲得所需的彎管管件。特點(diǎn):彎出的管具有形變小,壁厚差小,無應(yīng)力。
