Teaching aims and language points:
1. Learn these words and expressions, and be able to say, read and write them:
l happy, happy birthday, old, how old, party, see you
2. Be able to talk about one’s age and birthday

教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)說明
1. 由于上一課時(shí)所學(xué)單詞多,所以在這一課時(shí)應(yīng)注意復(fù)習(xí),以促進(jìn)學(xué)生更好地記憶單詞。
Teaching steps:
1. Warning-up and revision (課堂熱身和復(fù)習(xí))

(1)Daily greeting to the students(日常問候)
(2)Revise the names of the months: Flash the words and ask the Ss to speak them out and spell them.
(3)Revise the ordinal numbers by saying:
January is the first month of the year.
