Transitional Words,-to indicate time or sequence,表“首先”,firstly / in the first place first of all,first of all: 首先；第一 （強(qiáng)調(diào)事物排列順序） 往往與next, then等搭配。不完全代表重要性。 如: First of all, youre supposed to introduce yourself before speaking .,Firstly:副詞, 強(qiáng)調(diào)第一個(gè)（做完的),最先的 如：Firstly, let us deal with the most important issue. Firstly, Ill mention the advantages, then Ill mention the disadvantages,in the first place：用與列舉理由等. 強(qiáng)調(diào)首要性。 如：why couldnt you do that in the first place ? At the same time, my dad is setting the table.,Meanwhile=meantime meanwhile跟at the same time 一樣用在: 兩件事情同一時(shí)間發(fā)生, 但是它只能自己獨(dú)立出來使用, 連接兩件同時(shí)發(fā)生的事情 E.g. My mom is cooking . Meanwhile, my dad is setting the table.,In the meanwhile 用在: 前提有件事情無法達(dá)成，所以同一時(shí)間做其它選擇 E.g. We dont have any more of your pills. In the meantime, I can offer you an alternative. What do you want to do in the meantime?,表“補(bǔ)充”,Furthermore / Besides / Moreover,Difference： A: Besides：前面一句表達(dá)自己的愿望（主觀想法），后面闡述的是一個(gè)客觀原因; Moreover以及Furthermore都表示統(tǒng)一方面理據(jù)的疊加 E.g. I dont really want to go. Besides, its too late. 我真的不想去。此外，天太晚了。 The house is too small, and furthermore, its too far from the office. 這座房子太小，而且離辦公地點(diǎn)也太遠(yuǎn)。,B：Moreover & furthermore Moreover：多為補(bǔ)充說明，前面所說的及后面所補(bǔ)充的是并列關(guān)系，即補(bǔ)充未說完的話。 E.g.
