Pre-task Preparation(1) Contents: Warming up世界杯(World Cup, FIFA World Cup),國際足聯(lián)世界杯,是世界上最高榮譽、最高規(guī)格、最高水平的足球比賽,與奧運會并稱為全球體育兩大頂級賽事,是影響力、轉播覆蓋率超過奧運會的全球最大體育盛事。是全球各個國家最夢寐以求的神圣榮耀,哪一支國家足球隊能得到它,就是名正言順的世界第一。全球都會為之瘋狂沸騰,發(fā)揮出色的球員都會被該國家奉為民族英雄永載史冊,所以它亦代表了各個足球運動員的終極夢想。該賽事每四年舉辦一次,任何國際足聯(lián)會員國(地區(qū))都可以派出代表隊報名參加。2. Task procedure(1).Look at the screen and complete the sentences. Let the students do it by themselves on their books,and ask one to show his answers to the class. The answers are:1. While作連詞(1)引導時間狀語,意思是“當時”。1.Wemuststrikewhiletheironishot.趁熱打鐵。2.Whileshewaslisteningtotheradio,shefellasleep.她聽著收音機睡著了。(2)引起讓步狀語從句,意思是“雖然但是.”、“盡管但是”(多放于句首)1.Whileheloveshisstudents,heisverystrictwiththem.雖然他愛他的學生,可是他對他們很嚴格。2.Whiletheseexperimentsareinterestinganduseful,itisimportanttorememberthattheymaynotalwaystellusmuch.雖然這些實驗很有趣也有用,但是很重要的是要記住,這些實驗也可能不會告訴你很多。(3)引導條件狀語,意思是“只要”1.Whilethereislife,thereishope.只要生命存在,就有希望。2.Whilethereisaway,thereisaway.有志者事竟成。While作并列連詞用,意思為“而,然而”,表對比。而but表轉折。注意用心比較體會while與but的句中用意1.Somepeoplewastefoodwhileothershaven'tenough.有些人很費糧食,然而有些人卻吃不飽。2.Thesonwashavingagoodmealathome,whiletheparentswereworkinginthefields.兒子在家吃好飯而父母卻在田里辛勤勞作。2,.Teach the past progressive tense.過去進行時過去進行時,是指在過去的時間段內(nèi)正在發(fā)生的動作,構成為主語+be+doing形式,結構上和現(xiàn)在進行時一樣,只不過be動詞用過去式形式.常用的標志詞有this time yesterday;at four yesterday afternoon等。過去進行時選擇填空: ( )1.
