船舶救生消防設(shè)備維護(hù)須知Ship life-saving fire equipment maintenance Instruction1. 固定式氣體（CO2）滅火系統(tǒng)保養(yǎng)須知Fixed gas (CO2) fire-extinguishing system maintenance guidelines1.1. 適用范圍：有固定式氣體（CO2）滅火系統(tǒng)的船舶。Applicable scope: equipped the fixed gas (CO2) extinguishing system on board.1.2. 保養(yǎng)負(fù)責(zé)人：三副。Maintenance supervisor :3/O1.3. 保養(yǎng)周期：Maintenance period:1.3.1. 每季度常規(guī)檢查，三副與水手長(zhǎng)共同檢查，內(nèi)容為站室鋼瓶操縱裝置、通風(fēng)裝置、通訊設(shè)備及聲、光報(bào)警裝置。Routine examination, to be carried out by 3/O and bosun, items are as follow cylinder control device, ventilating device, communications equipment and sound and light alarm device. 1.3.2. 所有管路每2年用壓力0.5Mpa空氣作暢通試驗(yàn)；每45年進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)壓力至少為0.7Mpa氣密試驗(yàn)；瓶頭閥至分配閥箱的管段每810年進(jìn)行壓力為11.8Mpa的液壓試驗(yàn)；管路液壓試驗(yàn)后，應(yīng)將流體排除干凈。All piping to be carried out the blowing off test with 0.5Mpa compressed air every 2 years interval, air tightness test to be carried out with 0.7Mpa compressed air every 4-5 years interval, hydraulic test of the pipe between the cylinder head valves and the distributing box to be carried out with 11.8Mpa compressed air every 4-5 years interval, piping hydraulic test, the residues should be excluded clean fluid.1.3.3. 每五年管系（自分配閥至噴頭段）壓力試驗(yàn)。由三副負(fù)責(zé)，注意取得專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)可證明。Every five years the piping (from distributing valve to nozzle section) pressure tested. 3/O will be responsible for it, pay attention to obtaining professional organizations recognized certificate.1.3.4. 二氧化碳容器在20年后，每隔5年進(jìn)行一次內(nèi)部檢查。Do internal examination for carbon dioxide containers once every 5 years after 20 years.1.3.5. 瓶頭閥應(yīng)經(jīng)液壓試驗(yàn)，試驗(yàn)壓力為24.5MPa。Hydrostatic test of the cylinder valve should be carried out, and the test pressure is 24.5 MPa.1.4. 固定式氣體（CO2）滅火系統(tǒng)的保養(yǎng)Fixed gas (CO2) fire extinguishing system maintenance1.4.1. 大型（CO2）滅火站：A large (CO2) fire station:1.4.1.1. 滅火站應(yīng)有明顯的紅色標(biāo)志，門上加鎖，鑰匙三副保管，備用鑰匙大副保管，應(yīng)急鑰匙在滅火站附近封閉的盒子內(nèi)，盒子用玻璃蓋，便于擊碎取出鑰匙，該鑰匙盒應(yīng)有明顯大紅色標(biāo)志。There should be obvious red sign in fire station, and the door should be locked, the 3/O keeps the key, the chief officer keeps the false key, the emergency key is stored in the closed box nearby the fire station, and the box is lided by glass to take out the key easily, the key box should have obvious big red marks.1.4.1.2. 滅火站內(nèi)清潔干燥，照明充足并應(yīng)設(shè)有應(yīng)急照明和船舶電話（無電話時(shí)，進(jìn)入人員應(yīng)攜帶對(duì)講機(jī)并預(yù)先約好聯(lián)系人），通風(fēng)良好，溫度應(yīng)在045之間，注意防凍與降溫。The fire station shoule be clean and dry, lighting adequate and be equipped with emergency lighting and marine telephone (person entered should carry intercom and appoint contacts in advance when there is no phone), well ventilated and the temperature should between 0-45, and pay attention to freeze and cooling.1.4.1.3. 站內(nèi)不得堆放與本站無關(guān)的雜物。The irrelevant sundry should not be stacked within the station.1.4.1.4. 站內(nèi)應(yīng)設(shè)有準(zhǔn)確的大型（CO2）系統(tǒng)圖：各分路閥、總閥、控制閥標(biāo)牌清楚完好；開關(guān)標(biāo)志明顯；施放說明準(zhǔn)確、簡(jiǎn)要；施放手柄與報(bào)警器（機(jī)艙內(nèi)聲、光報(bào)警三分鐘）聯(lián)動(dòng)有效。There should be a large (CO2) system diagram in the sttation: each shunt valve, main valve, control valve scutcheon should be clear and intact, switch logo is obvious; the discharge introductions is accurate and briefly, the release handle and alarm (sound and light keep alarming three minutes in the engine room) should be linkage effective.1.4.2. 鋼瓶：Cylinder:1.4.2.1. 鋼瓶外觀無銹、油漆完好。Appearance of cylinder should be no rust and paint intact.1.4.2.2. 鋼瓶水壓試驗(yàn)在有效期內(nèi)，證書有效。Keep the certificate valid and cylinder hydrostatic test within the period of validity.1.4.2.3. 鋼瓶?jī)?nèi)滅火劑充裝率不應(yīng)大于0.67kg/l。The cylinder charging ratio of fire extinguishing agent should not be greater than 0.67 kg/l.1.4.2.4. 所有二氧化碳鋼瓶每二年應(yīng)進(jìn)行稱重檢查（或液面測(cè)量）。若每瓶CO2的凈重減少原重的10%時(shí)，應(yīng)予填充?？倻p少量小于最大一個(gè)被保護(hù)艙室需要量的5%時(shí)，可同意暫不充灌；但空瓶一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)，應(yīng)拆下試壓并充灌。All carbon dioxide cylinders should undertake weighting inspection every two years (or liquid level measurement). If each bottle CO2 net weight reduced to 10% of the original weight, it is to be refilled. When total reduction is smaller than 5% of the maximum protected cabin requirement, it is allowed not filling temporary, but the empty bottle was once found, it is to be removed and refilled after pressure test.檢測(cè)應(yīng)請(qǐng)專業(yè)單位進(jìn)行，三副監(jiān)測(cè)，證書交船長(zhǎng)保管，公司機(jī)務(wù)部保管副本一份。We should ask professional unit to test, third officer monitoring, certificate kept by the the captain, and company maintenance department keep a copy of the certificate.1.4.2.5. 垂直放置，各瓶鍘刀軸高度相等且處于同一垂直平面。Place in vertical, each bottle pole shaft height is equal and in the same vertical plane.1.4.3. 操縱裝置：Operating device:1.4.3.1. 瓶頭閥無松動(dòng)、變形。Bottle head valve without loosing, deformation.1.4.3.2. 瓶頭閥鉸刀無斷折缺損，刀處于退足狀態(tài)，刀頭與鍍層膜片距離3mm。Bottle head valve reamer without break and defects, knife is fully folded, the reamer head is apart 3mm from the coating diaphragm.1.4.3.3. 瓶頭閥手柄：各手柄上拉索固定孔與鉸刀鈾之間距離相等，與鉸刀軸連接牢固，止動(dòng)螺釘深入鉸刀軸且上緊，各手柄與重垂成60，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)范圍不少于120，各手柄平行。Bottle head valve handle: the distance between guy fixing hole on each handles and reamer shaft is equal, and the fixing holes link firm with the reamer shaft, stop screw in-depth of the reamer shaft is tightened, each handle with heavy hang down into 60 , the twirl scope is not less than 120 , and each handle is parallel.1.4.3.4. 控制鋼索：成水平直線，無拼接，無銹蝕、毛刺，連接牢固。Control the cable wire: keep horizontal, without splice, no corrosion and burr, be immobility concatenated.1.4.3.5. 導(dǎo)向滑輪：底座牢固，無松動(dòng)，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活（注意加油）。Leading pulley: base is firm, no looseness, rotate easily (note oil it).1.4.3.6. 驅(qū)動(dòng)氣瓶：壓力充足，閥頭刀活絡(luò)有效，驅(qū)動(dòng)氣缸內(nèi)活塞密封良好、活絡(luò)有效。Driven gas cylinder: the pressure is sufficient, head of valve knife activate effectively, innerpiston of driven cylinder seals good and moves effectively.1.4.4. 管系：Pipe system1.4.4.1. 總閥、分路閥、開關(guān)方向標(biāo)志鮮明，閥開關(guān)活絡(luò)。Sign of main valve, shunt valve, switch direction should be distinct, valve switch should be flexible.1.4.4.2. 噴嘴應(yīng)為黃銅制品，防變形、防堵塞、霧化片完好。Nozzle should be brass products, prevent deformation and blocking, atomization slice is intact.1.4.4.3. 管道無嚴(yán)重銹蝕，紅色油漆鮮明。若須修理，只可用螺紋連接不可焊接，或整根換新。There is no serious corrosion on piping, paint the pipe with bright red paint. If it need to be repaired, should only be threaded connections or renewed, unweldable.1.5. 保養(yǎng)記錄：Maintenance record:1.5.1. 三副應(yīng)記錄每個(gè)鋼瓶的水壓試驗(yàn)期限，對(duì)不符合要求的，應(yīng)及時(shí)提請(qǐng)換新。3/O shall be recorded each cylinder hydrostatic test period, which is not in conformity with requirements, should timely change new.1.5.2. 每季度檢查記入船舶維護(hù)檢修記錄表。Quarterly review the ship repair and maintenance record.1.5.3. 每二年CO2瓶稱重（液位測(cè)量）必須取得相應(yīng)證明，由三副負(fù)責(zé)，并將稱重報(bào)告交船長(zhǎng)審核、保存。Weighting CO2 bottles every two years (liquid level measurement) must obtain corresponding proof, it is in charge of third officer, and sent the weighting report to the captain for auditing and filing.1.5.4. 所有檢查、試壓均由三副負(fù)責(zé)，結(jié)果由大副記入航海日志重大記事欄中，報(bào)機(jī)務(wù)部存檔，并應(yīng)記在船舶維護(hù)檢修記錄表。All inspection, testing are in the charge of third officer, the results should be recorded in the major chronicle column of log, sent to the maintenance department for filing, and written in ship maintenance repair log sheets.1.6. 證明：Certification: CO2鋼瓶換新時(shí)，三副必須檢驗(yàn)鋼瓶上的鋼印，確認(rèn)三個(gè)月內(nèi)做過壓力試驗(yàn)，并有瓶?jī)?nèi)滅火劑足夠數(shù)量的證明，否則退瓶。When renew the CO2 steel cylinders, third officer must verify the steel seal on the cylinder, confirm pressure testing has been done within three months, and have quantity certification of sufficient extinguisher in the cylinder, or refund it.2. 手提式、推車式滅火器保養(yǎng)須知Portable, cart type extinguisher maintenance guidelines2.1. 保養(yǎng)周期：手提式滅火機(jī)（輕水泡沫）、推車式泡沫滅火器每三個(gè)月檢查一次。修船后大風(fēng)浪之后和重大節(jié)假日之前，以及發(fā)生火警之后均應(yīng)進(jìn)行一次保養(yǎng)。Maintenance period: check the portable extinguisher (light-water foam), cart type foam fire extinguisher every three months. Maintain it once after ship-repair, stormy waves, fire and before major holidays.2.2. 保養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：Maintenance standard:2.2.1. 數(shù)量：滿足船級(jí)社的規(guī)定要求。Quantity: meet the prescribed requirements of classification society.2.2.2. 存放：位置及其編號(hào)應(yīng)做到，標(biāo)志清晰，有固定的存放架，防止搖動(dòng)傾斜和撞擊。周圍通道暢通，以便提取使用，不應(yīng)有妨礙提取之物。防止過熱或曝曬，泡沫滅火器防曬、防凍。Storage: position and its numbers should be marked clearly, there should be fixed storage rack to prevent shaken tilting and impact. It should be clear around the channel in order to extract and use, there should not be objects interfere extraction. Prevent overheating or solarization, freeze and solarization should be prevented for foam fire extinguisher sunscreen.2.2.3. 清潔：無積灰及油污，外殼無銹斑，標(biāo)志鮮明。Cleaning: no accumulations of dust and greasy dirt, shell without rusty spot, and signs are distinct.2.2.4. 釋放裝置：噴嘴暢通，保險(xiǎn)銷無銹，活絡(luò)。Release device: nozzle unblocked, Safety pin is flexible without rust.2.2.5. 滅火劑：Extinguishant:2.2.5.1. CO2滅火器的凈重不低于原標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的90%，泡沫液在有效期內(nèi)。Net weight of CO2 fire extinguisher is not less than 90% of the original standard, foam fluid should be within the valid period.2.2.5.2. 有壓力表者，壓力表指針不得低于綠色區(qū)域。For which equipment has pressure gauges, the indicator should not be lower than the green area.2.2.5.3. 使用過的滅火器,不論滅火劑是否用完,均應(yīng)以新的滅火器替換,或重新填充滅火劑。The used fire extinguisher, no matter whether the fire-extinguisher chemical has been run out, should be replaced with new fire extinguisher or refilled.2.2.6. 保養(yǎng)卡完整，清潔，填寫規(guī)范。Maintenance cards should be complete, clean, filled normatively.2.3. 保養(yǎng)記錄：Maintenance record:2.3.1. 每只滅火器上的保養(yǎng)記錄卡，記錄該滅火器的歷次檢查日期，劑量及保養(yǎng)人。Maintenance record card on each fire extinguisher, record the fire extinguisher all previous check dates, dose and maintenance person on it.2.3.2. 保養(yǎng)日期，保養(yǎng)內(nèi)容（換新，補(bǔ)充滅火劑，稱重量等）保養(yǎng)人等情況由三副記入船舶維護(hù)檢修記錄表，作為安全管理記錄并妥善保管。The situations of maintenance date, maintenance content (renew, supplement the extinguisher, weight it etc.), maintenance people etc. should be recorded on ship maintenance record form by third officer, keep it properly as security management record.2.4. 檢查：Inspection:2.4.1. 各滅火器的保養(yǎng)由三副監(jiān)督，并按保養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢查。The third officer should supervise the fire extinguisher maintenance and inspect them according to the maintenance standards.2.4.1.1. 清點(diǎn)數(shù)量，核對(duì)編號(hào)及位置。Count quantity, check the number and location.2.4.1.2. 統(tǒng)一檢查貯存、外觀、保養(yǎng)記錄卡。Uniformly check storage, appearance and maintenance record card.2.4.1.3. 抽查滅火劑量（手提或稱量，查看壓力表等）。Selectively examine fire-extinguishing doses (portable or weighing, check pressure gauge, etc.).2.4.2. 檢查執(zhí)行情況及檢查結(jié)果，列入安全活動(dòng)日項(xiàng)目之一。Check the performance and test results, list it in the safety Campaign day items.3. 常用消防防護(hù)裝備保養(yǎng)須知Common fire protection equipment maintenance guidelines 3.1. 消防員裝備Firemans outfits3.1.1. 消防員裝備平時(shí)應(yīng)放在干燥、通風(fēng)處，防止霉變、生銹，每一個(gè)月進(jìn)行一次檢查，確保清潔、光亮完好。Firemans outfits usually must be kept in dry and ventilated place, prevent mildew, rust, check it each month to ensure it clean, smooth.3.1.2. 安全帶、安全鉤應(yīng)三個(gè)有拉力載荷檢查；如發(fā)現(xiàn)破損或受高溫、明火、強(qiáng)酸堿等腐蝕，應(yīng)及時(shí)換新；若有污垢應(yīng)用溫水肥皂擦洗，再用清水漂凈晾干，但不允許浸入沸水及爆曬火烤。Safety belt and safety hook should pass three tension load inspection; If discover the damaged or corrosion caused by high temperature, flame, strong acid and alkali, we should renew it timely, If there is dirt, we should scrub it with warm water soap, and then dry it in the air after bleach wash, but it is not allowed to dip it into the boiling water, bask it ,and roast it.3.2. 空氣呼吸器Breathing apparatus3.2.1. 空氣呼吸器使用后應(yīng)及時(shí)做好清潔、消毒、氣密檢查等保養(yǎng)工作；Breathing apparatus should be cleaned, disinfected, inspected the gas tightness timely after use.3.2.2. 調(diào)換有充足空氣的鋼瓶；Exchange the cylinder which has sufficient air;3.2.3. 空氣呼吸器不準(zhǔn)受壓、陽光曝曬和毒氣侵蝕；Breathing apparatus should not ba pressed, sunlight insolated and eroded by poison gas;3.2.4. 每套呼吸器應(yīng)配有備用空氣瓶一只（特殊船舶按特殊規(guī)定配備）；Each breathing apparatus should be equipped with a spare bottle (equip the special ship according to the special provisions);3.2.5. 每月應(yīng)變演習(xí)時(shí)檢查一次：Check it one time when carrying out monthly emergency arrangement drills3.2.5.1. 空氣瓶壓力應(yīng)符合要求、有否備用空氣瓶；Air bottles pressure should comply with the requirements, and there is any spare air bottles or not;3.2.5.2. 呼吸器整潔、呼吸器氣密和暢通情況、所有屬具完好情況Breathing apparatus is clean and unblocked or not, all appurtenances are intact or not.4. 救生艇、筏保養(yǎng)須知The lifeboat, raft maintenance guidelines4.1. 檢查維護(hù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Inspection and maintenance standards4.1.1. 救生艇須處于隨時(shí)可用狀態(tài)。平時(shí)應(yīng)注意認(rèn)真檢查和養(yǎng)護(hù)。除經(jīng)常性外觀檢查外，還應(yīng)：The lifeboats must be practicable. Usually we should pay attention to the inspection and maintenance. Besides regular outside inspection, still should:4.1.1.1. 救生艇及屬具應(yīng)建立專門帳冊(cè),對(duì)艇的屬具要每一個(gè)月詳細(xì)檢查一次，短缺補(bǔ)充，不合格者予以換新，并做好記錄。Specialized books must be established for the lifeboat and appurtenances, the appurtenances should do a detailed examination once every month, complement for them if shortages, renew the one is not qualified, and make records.4.1.1.2. 對(duì)帆布及纖維制品要常晾曬，防止霉?fàn)€。Often dry canvas and fibre products in air to prevent mildew and rot.4.1.1.3. 每周對(duì)救生艇的登乘收放設(shè)備目視檢查。Close-up inspection should be carried out with the embarking, launch recovery appliance of the lifeboat once a week.4.1.1.4. 每月更換淡水一次（除密封罐頭以外），氣溫0以下時(shí)要注意防凍。Monthly replace freshwater (except the outside of sealed can), pay attention to anti-freezing when the temperature below 0 .4.1.1.5. 每半年抽查干糧一次，發(fā)現(xiàn)變質(zhì)及時(shí)更換。Make a selective examination for dry food once every six months, timely renew it if it was metamorphic.4.1.1.6. 每年用橙黃色油漆艇內(nèi)外。Paint the boat inside and outside with orange paint every year.4.1.1.7. 吊艇架應(yīng)做好除銹涂油工作，每季度應(yīng)檢查轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部門的靈活性。Do derusting and greasing work for boat davit, quarterly check the flexibility of rotating element.4.1.1.8. 吊艇索每月的檢查必須記錄在值班日志中，如有變質(zhì)應(yīng)及時(shí)換新。在不超過5年的使用期內(nèi)，也必須換新。Boat fall monthly inspection must be recorded on duty log, promptly renew it if it was metamorphic. Also renew it within 5 years of use period.4.1.1.9. 艇殼結(jié)構(gòu)必須水密，驗(yàn)船師認(rèn)為必要時(shí)作水密性試驗(yàn)，玻璃鋼艇殼及艇內(nèi)結(jié)構(gòu)，發(fā)現(xiàn)有裂紋及變形時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)修理。Boat shell structure must be watertight, water tightness test should be carried out if the surveyors deemed it is necessary, timely repair the FRP boat shell and boat inside structure when there are cracks and deformations.4.1.1.10. 吊艇架擺出舷外時(shí)，應(yīng)無障礙及卡死現(xiàn)象，每副吊艇架轉(zhuǎn)出舷外時(shí)速度應(yīng)同步，吊艇索通過的滑輪工作應(yīng)正常。When boat davit is turned out overboard, there should be barrier free and no jammed phenomenon, synchronously put each boat davit outboard, the pulley boat fall passed should work normally.4.1.1.11. 吊艇機(jī)手動(dòng)制動(dòng)器制動(dòng)應(yīng)有效和可靠。Boat hoisting engine handbrake shall be effective and reliable.4.1.1.12. 救生艇降落到水面后，脫鉤裝置應(yīng)可靠和迅速。Release gear must be reliable and fast after lifeboat lowered to water surface,.4.1.1.13. 吊艇架底座與艇甲板的連接應(yīng)牢固。The connection betweeen boat davit base and boat deck should be stable.4.1.1.14. 吊艇架限位器應(yīng)有效和可靠，以防吊艇索受到過度的應(yīng)力。Boat davit limit switches should be effective and reliable, to against the wire rope overload.4.1.1.15. 艇甲板應(yīng)保持整潔，禁止亂堆其他物品。 Boat deck should be neat and clean, prohibit stacking sundries.4.1.1.16. 不使用時(shí)，也應(yīng)檢查艇的固定是否良好，設(shè)備是否處于正常狀態(tài)。 Check the fixation of boat when not in use and keep the boats in good order.4.1.2. 救生艇機(jī)裝置Lifeboat engine4.1.2.1. 始終處于立即可用狀態(tài)。Always be practicable4.1.2.2. 每周進(jìn)行啟動(dòng)，正、倒車換向試驗(yàn)并記錄。Weekly do startup, ahead and astern commutation test and record.4.1.2.3. 及時(shí)補(bǔ)充燃油并泄放油柜殘水。Refill fuel oil and drain the residual water in the oil tank in time.4.1.2.4. 充電變壓器每季測(cè)量輸出電壓，螺絲緊固，無異常聲響，充電控制箱水密良好。Quarterly measure the output voltage of charging transformer, fasten the screw, no abnormal sound, and the watertight of charging control box is in good condition.4.1.3. 救生筏的維護(hù)檢修Repair and maintenance of life raft 4.1.3.1. 經(jīng)常進(jìn)行外觀檢查，特別注意靜水壓力釋放器是否處于正常狀態(tài)；系筏繩索是否系牢，有無損壞；索具螺旋扣是否旋緊，首纜及薄弱環(huán)是否系牢，降落設(shè)備是否正?？捎?。Regular carry out close-up inspection, specially pay attention to whether the hydrostatic release unit is in normal condition; whether the raft ropes are fastened or damaged; whether the rigging turnbuckle is tighten, head line and weak ring has been fastened or not, launching appliance is normal available or not.4.1.3.2. 注意氣脹筏容器水密狀況，防止海水、雨水打進(jìn)并積在容器里，使筏體霉?fàn)€、屬具損壞。Pay attention to inflatable liferaft container watertight condition, to prevent seawater and rainwater get into, accumulate in the container and make the raft and the attachments mildew and rot.4.1.3.3. 使用氣脹筏時(shí)，乘員只能穿軟底鞋。使用刀子、魚鉤、開罐頭器等要特別小心，不能割壞浮胎或篷柱，以免漏氣。When use the inflatable liferaft, the crew can only wear soft shoes.
