第1章 制定止動(dòng)墊片的工藝過(guò)程(1) 設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書及產(chǎn)品圖設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書及產(chǎn)品圖 一、課題名稱:止動(dòng)墊片沖裁復(fù)合模模具設(shè)計(jì)二、設(shè)計(jì)主要技術(shù)參數(shù)(課題研究方向):通過(guò)對(duì)止動(dòng)墊片加工工藝的分析,制定工藝方案,并設(shè)計(jì)沖壓模具。三、課題要求、主要任務(wù)及數(shù)量指圖紙規(guī)格、張數(shù),說(shuō)明書字?jǐn)?shù)等) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書的字?jǐn)?shù)應(yīng)為0.5-0.8萬(wàn)字。并需翻譯0.5-1萬(wàn)印刷符(或譯出2000漢字)以上的有關(guān)技術(shù)資料(并附原文),內(nèi)容應(yīng)盡量結(jié)合課題。 產(chǎn)品圖如下所示: 圖 1-1(2)分析零件的工藝性分析零件的工藝性定子沖片形狀對(duì)稱有和理的圓角過(guò)度,適合模具加工。圓角過(guò)渡可減少熱處 理或沖壓時(shí)在尖角處開裂的現(xiàn)象。同時(shí)可防止尖角部位刃口的過(guò)度磨損。但定子沖片尺寸精度高,形狀復(fù)雜,要求表面平整,毛刺高度不得大于00.08mm.根據(jù)料再?zèng)_孔。(3) 沖裁零件工藝方案的擬定 方案一:落料、沖孔復(fù)合,再?zèng)_孔。 方案二:沖孔、沖裁及落料的連續(xù)沖裁。 方案三:沖孔、沖槽及落料的一次復(fù)合沖裁。 采用方案一,生產(chǎn)率低,尺寸的積累誤差大。 采用方案二,生產(chǎn)率可以提高,但連續(xù)模制造難度大。 方案一、二生產(chǎn)效率低,對(duì)提高效益很不利。且工件累積誤差大。直接早成費(fèi)品率大,加大生產(chǎn)成本。采用方案三,可保證大批生產(chǎn)量生產(chǎn)效率提高的同時(shí)復(fù)合沖裁尺寸精度級(jí)別高,避免了多次單工序沖裁定位誤差,并且采用方案三復(fù)合沖裁的過(guò)程中可以進(jìn)行壓料,沖裁件比較平整。經(jīng)濟(jì)原則,單工序模具加工的費(fèi)用比復(fù)合模具昂貴??杀WC工件尺寸的要求,也可以提高生產(chǎn)率。同時(shí)采用彈性壓料及頂件裝置,且操作比較安全。安裝調(diào)整難易和成本高低原則:對(duì)于復(fù)雜定子充片來(lái)說(shuō)采用復(fù)合沖裁比采用單單工序沖裁較為適宜,因?yàn)閺?fù)合沖裁模具制造安裝調(diào)整容易且成本較低。綜上所述,對(duì)于定子沖片來(lái)說(shuō)選用方案三落料沖孔復(fù)合沖裁比較好。 模具結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)圖如下圖所示: 圖 1-2(4)排樣形式和剪裁方法,材料利用率計(jì)算零件輪廓尺寸為96,考慮操作方便采用單排。由參考資料冷沖模具設(shè)計(jì)查表3-10得側(cè)面a=2.0mm工件間隙a1=1.2mm,條料寬 b=96+2a=(96+4)mm=100mm進(jìn)距 h=96+a1=(96+1.2)mm=97.2mm選用板料規(guī)格為1.5mmx500mmx1500mm,采用橫排,剪切條料尺寸為100mmx1500mm。條數(shù) n1=500/100=5條每條個(gè)數(shù) n2=(1500-1.2)/97.2=15個(gè)余40.8mm 每板個(gè)數(shù) n3=n1xn2=5x15=75個(gè)沖片面積 S=x 402+8 x 7.8 x 6=5396.15mm2 材料利用率 =(75x5396.15/500x1500)x100% =53.96%(5) 計(jì)算工序壓力,選擇壓力機(jī)已知工件材料:Q235鋼,材料厚度t=mm裝置采用彈壓卸料裝置和上出件模具查書本冷沖壓工藝與模具設(shè)計(jì)表2-K卸,K頂沖裁力:= xxx=卸料力:卸=K卸=.x=.頂料力:頂= K頂=.x=.沖孔力:沖xxx則零件所需得沖壓力:總沖頂卸根據(jù)以上計(jì)算總力可選用630KN壓力機(jī)。選用-標(biāo)稱壓力630KN滑塊行程行程次數(shù)次/min最大裝模高度mm連桿調(diào)節(jié)長(zhǎng)度mm工作臺(tái)前后左右*模柄孔尺寸直徑*深度50*70電動(dòng)機(jī)功率p=5.5KW. 第二章、設(shè)定止動(dòng)墊片復(fù)合模的程序(1) 模具類型及結(jié)構(gòu)形式的確定根據(jù)對(duì)止動(dòng)墊片的工藝分析,擬采用沖孔、落料復(fù)合模,這樣可以保證零件所要求的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)精度,工序次數(shù)少,生產(chǎn)率高,適于大批量生產(chǎn)。若采用自動(dòng)送料,操作就更加安全。在沖裁過(guò)程中,工件被裝在下模的橡膠彈頂器開始?jí)壕o,沖裁結(jié)束后,這樣沖出的工件表面平整。沖孔廢料從壓力機(jī)工作臺(tái)孔中漏下,使模具周圍可以保持清潔。采用彈性卸料裝置,在沖裁時(shí)可壓緊條料,提高沖裁件的斷面質(zhì)量。上模采用剛性推件裝置,可以使模具結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,制造簡(jiǎn)便,維修容易。廢料再滑塊到達(dá)上死點(diǎn)時(shí)推出,易采用自動(dòng)接料裝置。為了保證工件的高精度要求,采用I級(jí)精度要求的模架。(2) 繪制模具總裝配圖的步驟1) 工件排樣圖如下所示 圖 2-1(2)工作零件如下圖所示 工件的外形凹模用整體式結(jié)構(gòu)直刃口形式。這種刃口不隨修模刃口增大。因此沖件精度高,刃口強(qiáng)度也較好。但是沖裁時(shí)磨損較大洞口磨損后會(huì)形成倒錐形,因此每次修磨的刃磨量大,總壽命低。沖裁時(shí)工件易大且孔內(nèi)積聚,嚴(yán)重時(shí)使凹模脹裂。 由冷沖壓工藝與模具設(shè)計(jì)公式凹模厚度H=Kb(>=15)凹模壁厚C=(23)H,由零件尺寸知其中b =96。 查表冷沖壓工藝與模具設(shè)計(jì)2-21知K=0.25 則凹模厚度 H=Kb=0.25x96=24,取H=30mm 凹模壁厚 C=(23)H=2x20=40mm 凹模外徑 D外>=(96+2x40)=176mm 實(shí)際取 D外=200mm,H=20mm. 凸凹模工作面的內(nèi)外緣均為刃口,內(nèi)外緣之間的壁厚取決于沖裁件的尺寸。因此從強(qiáng)度方面考慮其壁厚最小值應(yīng)限制,凸凹模的最小壁厚與模具結(jié)構(gòu)有關(guān),復(fù)合模結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)孔為直筒形刃口形式,且采用上卸料方式。由工件知最小壁厚處為9.5mm查表3-6知?jiǎng)蛟S的最小壁厚為x其中(x-1.4)/(0.5-0.4)=(1.8-1.4)/(0.6-0.4)解x=1.5mm故凹模壁厚滿足強(qiáng)度要求。 沖槽凸模共12個(gè),與凸凹模(下)的外圓相切組成一體。沖小孔凸模采用臺(tái)階式結(jié)構(gòu),以增強(qiáng)其強(qiáng)度和剛度,是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圓凸模的形式之一。 圓形刃口的小孔凸模和凹模(下),可采用普通機(jī)械加工的方法制造。其它工作零件的刃口部分均采用線切割加工,既可保證零件的尺寸精度,又可減少模具鉗工的修配工作量。3)定位零件1)送料方向的控制采用結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單制造方便的圓柱頭固定導(dǎo)料銷安裝在凹模上,其圖見零件圖。 2)送料步距的控制,也采用和導(dǎo)料銷一樣的圓柱頭固定導(dǎo)料銷安裝在凹模上。凹模上的固定擋料銷孔與刃口間的壁厚為10mm,大于允許的最小壁厚1.6mm,滿足強(qiáng)度要求。故所選擋料銷合適。3)壓料、卸料及出件裝置上模推件采用剛性推件裝置,卸料板與凸模之間取間隙(0.1-0.5)t,在這里取0.2t=0.2x1.5=0.03mm推件的圓柱部分與周圍12個(gè)凸起做成整體。彈性卸料板的外形與凹模一樣的圓形,其直徑也為200mm。 4)固定板墊板固定板如圖所示(圖) 見模具零件圖 第十頁(yè) 沖小孔凸模與凸凹模(上)用一個(gè)上固定板固定,凸凹模(下)與24個(gè)沖槽凸模用一個(gè)下固定板固定為一體。因上模座在剛性推件裝置處被挖空,故上墊板要設(shè)計(jì)的厚些。為提高下模座對(duì)24個(gè)沖槽凸模的承載能力,在下模座上也加一個(gè)墊板。 5)導(dǎo)向、固定、緊固及其它零件 采用后側(cè)導(dǎo)柱,導(dǎo)套方向,可從兩個(gè)方向送料,操作方便,也便于模具的凸凹模在不卸下的情況下刃磨刃口。 根據(jù)凹模的最大輪廓尺寸直徑為200mm,從GB2855.5-81、GB2855.6-81中選用上下模座。 根據(jù)各零件的尺寸合理布局螺釘,圓柱銷的位置。從GB70-76和GB119-76中選用適當(dāng)?shù)囊?guī)格與尺寸,詳見明細(xì)表。(3)繪制零件圖1)凸凹模尺寸計(jì)算:由冷沖壓工藝與模設(shè)計(jì)(表2-2 (P51))凸凹模間隙Zmin=0. 21 Zmax=0. 30 對(duì)于沖外部性狀的凸、凹模分開加工,則: 查表2-3(P52)得x=0.5;查表2-4(P53)得p=-0.025,d=+0.035 dp=(96+0.50.30) Zmin=0.025 Zmax=0.035根據(jù)產(chǎn)品要求直徑為90上偏差為0,,下偏差為0.035屬于七級(jí)精度。則模具制造采用四級(jí)精度,凹模制造公差取+0.01mm。直徑64上偏差為 +0.046下偏差為0,屬于八級(jí)精度同樣采用四級(jí)精度內(nèi)形沖孔凸模制造公差取-0.008mm。直徑8上偏差為+0.036下偏差為0,屬于九級(jí)精度,模具制造精度采用五級(jí)精度,沖小孔凸模制造公差取-0.006mm制造方法采用配做,故有如下計(jì)算及結(jié)果。 外形落料D凹=(Dmax-X)(為系數(shù))D凹=(Dmax-X) =(90-1x0.035) =89.965 L凹=(Lmax-X) =(100-1*0.035) =99.965凸模按凹模間隙取0.025配作 D凸=(D凹-Zmin) =(Dmax-X-Zmin) =(89.965-0.025) =89.94內(nèi)形沖孔d凸=(dmin+X) =(64+1x0.046) =64.046 沖小孔d凸2=(dmin+X) =(8+1x0.036) =8.036以上凹模按凸模間隙取0.025間隙配作。 d凹=(d凸+Zmin) =(64.046+0.025) =64.071 d凹2=(d凸2+Zmin) =(8.036+0.025) =8.061槽形尺寸及公差均屬自由公差14級(jí)故可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況,先確定凸模尺寸,后根據(jù)凸模尺寸取間隙0.03間隙配作。 查表知復(fù)合模卸料板頂件塊推件塊與凸凹模間隙?。?.1-0.2)t=(0.1-0.2)mm。 結(jié) 論 通過(guò)對(duì)止動(dòng)墊片沖孔、落料復(fù)合模具的設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)常用的沖壓、落料零件在成型過(guò)程中對(duì)模具的工藝要求有了更深一層的了解,掌握了一般沖壓零件模具的特點(diǎn)和設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法,對(duì)獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)模具具有了一次新的鍛煉。 在設(shè)計(jì)模具制造的加工工藝的過(guò)程中來(lái)編寫加工工藝卡。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中充分利用了各種可以利用的方式,同時(shí)在反復(fù)的思考中不斷深化對(duì)各種理論知識(shí)的理解,在設(shè)計(jì)的后一階段充分利用CAD、Word等軟件,使我熟練的掌握了這些軟件,也從網(wǎng)上找到了很多知識(shí)性的東西,使我真正體會(huì)到了電腦對(duì)我們工作的巨大幫助。模具在當(dāng)今的社會(huì)生活與生產(chǎn)中運(yùn)用的非常廣泛,掌握模具的設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)我們以后的工作和發(fā)展都有著十分重要的意義。這次設(shè)計(jì)歷時(shí)將近2個(gè)月,是我這大學(xué)三年學(xué)習(xí)的一次全面檢驗(yàn),同時(shí)也是我走向工作崗位的一次很好的實(shí)踐,通過(guò)這次設(shè)計(jì)我學(xué)到了以前很少了解的知識(shí),真可謂是受益匪淺。在加強(qiáng)個(gè)人專業(yè)知識(shí)的同時(shí),也大大的開闊了我的設(shè)計(jì)思路。這次設(shè)計(jì)的順利完成,還得感謝朱老師的精心指導(dǎo)。但錯(cuò)誤之處在所難免,望批評(píng)指正。非常感謝。
