2020出口貿(mào)易合同范本【篇一】出口貿(mào)易合同甲方（賣方）：乙方（買方）：雙方同意按下列條款由甲方出售，乙方購進(jìn)貨物：第一條貨物名稱、規(guī)格、包裝：，出口貿(mào)易合同智庫|專題。第二條貨物數(shù)量：第三條貨物單價：。第四條買賣貨物總值：第五條貨物裝運(yùn)期限：第六條貨物裝運(yùn)口岸：。第七條目的口岸：第八條貨物保險：由甲方按fa票金額投保。第九條付款條件：乙方應(yīng)通過買賣雙方同意的銀行，開立以甲方為受益的人，不可撤銷的、可轉(zhuǎn)讓和可分割的、允許分批裝運(yùn)和轉(zhuǎn)船的信用證。該信用證憑裝運(yùn)單據(jù)在中國的中國銀行見單即付。該信用證必須在前開出。信用證有效期為裝船后天在中國到期。第十條單據(jù)：甲方應(yīng)向議付銀行提供已裝船清潔提單、fa票，裝箱單/重量單。第十一條裝運(yùn)條件：載運(yùn)船只由甲方安排，允許分批裝運(yùn)并允許轉(zhuǎn)船，甲方于貨物裝船后，應(yīng)將合同號碼、品名、數(shù)量、船名、裝船日期以電報通知乙方。第十二條品質(zhì)和數(shù)量/重量的異議與索賠：貨到目的口岸后，乙方如發(fā)現(xiàn)貨物品質(zhì)及/或數(shù)量/重量與合同規(guī)定不符，附屬于保險公司及/或船公司的責(zé)任外，乙方可以憑雙方同意的檢驗機(jī)構(gòu)出具的檢驗證明向甲方提出異議。品質(zhì)異議須于貨到目的口岸之日起30天內(nèi)提出，數(shù)量/重量異議須于貨到目的口岸之日起15天內(nèi)提出。甲方應(yīng)于收到異議后30天內(nèi)答復(fù)乙方。第十三條人力不可抗拒因素：由于人力不可抗拒事故，是甲方不能在本合同規(guī)定期限內(nèi)交貨或者不能交貨的，甲方不負(fù)責(zé)任。但甲方必須立即以電報通知乙方。如乙方提出要求，甲方應(yīng)以掛號函向乙方提供由中國國際貿(mào)易委員會或有關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)出具的事故證明文件。第十四條仲裁：凡因執(zhí)行本合同或與本合同有關(guān)事項所發(fā)生的一切爭執(zhí)，應(yīng)由雙方通過友好方式協(xié)商解決。如果不能取得協(xié)議時，則在被告國家根據(jù)被告國家仲裁機(jī)構(gòu)的仲裁程序規(guī)則進(jìn)行仲裁。仲裁決定是終局的，對雙方具有同等的約束力，仲裁費(fèi)用除非仲裁機(jī)構(gòu)另有約定外，均由敗訴一方負(fù)擔(dān)。第十五條備注：。甲方（蓋章）：甲方（蓋章）：代表人（簽字）：代表人（簽字）：電子郵箱：電子郵箱：年月日年月日【篇二】合同編號contract
