Grammar定語(yǔ)從句是指在復(fù)合句中作定語(yǔ)的從句,定語(yǔ)從句所修飾的詞叫先行詞。定語(yǔ)從句通常放在先行詞的后面,由關(guān)系代詞或關(guān)系副詞引導(dǎo)。本課我們將學(xué)習(xí)由關(guān)系代詞that或which及who引導(dǎo)的定語(yǔ)從句。that, which, who 引導(dǎo)的定語(yǔ)從句that , which 和who是定語(yǔ)從句中重要的引導(dǎo)詞。下面的例句是由that , which和who引導(dǎo)的定語(yǔ)從句。請(qǐng)仔細(xì)觀察,補(bǔ)全結(jié)論部分所缺內(nèi)容。e.g. A plane is a machine that can fly.   (作主語(yǔ),指物) That is the hotel that I know.   (作賓語(yǔ),指物) Who is the man that is reading a book over there?   (作主語(yǔ),指人)The girl that we saw yesterday is Saras sister.   (作賓語(yǔ),指人) 【結(jié)論】that在從句中作主語(yǔ)或賓語(yǔ),可以指_,也可以指_。溫馨提示:關(guān)系代詞在定語(yǔ)從句中作賓語(yǔ)時(shí)可以省略。e.g. China is a country which / that has a long history. This is the book which / that my mother bought me yesterday.  【結(jié)論】which引導(dǎo)的定語(yǔ)從句修飾的是_(人/物) , which在定語(yǔ)從句中可以作_語(yǔ)也可作_語(yǔ)。which在定語(yǔ)從句中作主語(yǔ)或賓語(yǔ)時(shí)均可由_代替。e.g. The man who / that is standing by the door is her brother.
