HD600多向運(yùn)動(dòng)混合機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)
摘要:HD600多向運(yùn)動(dòng)混合機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于醫(yī)藥、食品、輕工業(yè)等行業(yè),能在三維空間實(shí)現(xiàn)回轉(zhuǎn)、平移、翻轉(zhuǎn)等復(fù)雜運(yùn)動(dòng),是一種高效的混合設(shè)備。在該設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書中,我綜合分析了該混合機(jī)的空間運(yùn)動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)該混合機(jī)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的說(shuō)明計(jì)算,同時(shí)對(duì)空間6桿機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)分析,最后繪制出該混合機(jī)的裝配圖和各主要零件的零件圖。
該機(jī)的混合筒多方向運(yùn)動(dòng),物料無(wú)離心力作用,無(wú)比重偏析及分層、積聚現(xiàn)象,各組分可有懸殊的重量比,混合率達(dá)99.9%以上,是目前各種混合機(jī)中的一種較理想產(chǎn)品。 筒體裝料率大,最高可達(dá)90%(普通混合機(jī)僅為40%),效率高,混合時(shí)間短。筒體各處為圓弧過(guò)渡,經(jīng)過(guò)精密拋光處理。多向運(yùn)動(dòng)混合機(jī)的優(yōu)勢(shì)在于其特殊的工作原理,以及桶體結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)無(wú)死角,不污染物料,出料方便,清洗容易,操作簡(jiǎn)單等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
多向運(yùn)動(dòng)混合機(jī)的混料桶具有X、Y、Z方向的三維運(yùn)動(dòng),多方向運(yùn)動(dòng)的功能,物料在容器內(nèi)作旋轉(zhuǎn)、翻轉(zhuǎn)、湍動(dòng)和剪切作用,使物料在混合時(shí)不產(chǎn)生積聚現(xiàn)象,對(duì)不同比重,不同密度和狀態(tài)的物料混合不產(chǎn)生離心力的影響和偏折;混合時(shí)間短,某些物料5-8分鐘即可混合均勻。既提高了工作效率,又達(dá)到了極高的均勻度,混合均勻性達(dá)到99.9%以上。因其最大裝載系數(shù)可達(dá)0.9(普通混合機(jī)為0.4~0.6)這一特點(diǎn),大大縮短了混合物料的時(shí)間,提高了混合物料效率。

Abstract: HD 600multi-sport mixer widely used in medicine ,food and light industries, can realize rotary, translation, roller and some other complex sports in the three-dimensional. It’s a highly efficient hybrid device. In this design of the assignment, I have analyzed the HD400 mixer of more space to the sports movement mixer structure comprehensively, and the mixer containing a detailed description of transmission, while using the 6R outfit of mixer. At last, I drew a assembly map and all the major parts maps of this mixer.

多向混合機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于化工、醫(yī)藥、食品、粉末冶金、涂料、電子、軍工、材料等粉體混合領(lǐng)域。粉體混合的質(zhì)量有時(shí)在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中起著關(guān)鍵的作用,例如在化工生產(chǎn)中,均勻的粉體混合為反應(yīng)創(chuàng)造良好條件;在醫(yī)藥固體制劑的生產(chǎn)中,極微量的藥效成分與大量增量劑混合的均勻水平直接影響著藥的質(zhì)量;在粉末冶金中各種不同成分的混合均勻水平影響著材料的強(qiáng)度?;旌显O(shè)備的發(fā)展直接影響著粉體混合單元操作的效果。隨著納米技術(shù)的發(fā)展,粉體混合更顯示出它的重要性。
1.1混合機(jī)的概念
混合機(jī)是利用機(jī)械力和重力等,將兩種或兩種以上物料均勻混合起來(lái)的機(jī)械?;旌蠙C(jī)械廣泛用于各類工業(yè)和日常生活中。混合機(jī)可以將多種物料配合成均勻的混合物,如將水泥、砂、碎石和水混合成混凝土濕料等;還可以增加物料接觸表面積,以促進(jìn)化學(xué)反應(yīng);還能夠加速物理變化,例如粒狀溶質(zhì)加入溶劑,通過(guò)混合機(jī)械的作用可加速溶解混勻。
常用的混合機(jī)分為氣體和低粘度液體混合器、中高粘度液體和膏狀物混合機(jī)械、熱塑性物料混合機(jī)、粉狀與粒狀固體物料混合機(jī)械四大類。
