基于pro/e的豆?jié){機杯體注塑模具的設計及凹模的加工仿真
摘要:注塑模具是塑料模具中使用最廣的廣泛的一種,能夠成型復雜的高精度的塑料制品。本課題是對塑料豆?jié){機杯體設計及其型腔仿真加工。
本模具考慮到年產(chǎn)量、工廠的設備及塑件的精度要求,選擇一模一腔結(jié)構(gòu)。
該豆?jié){機杯體較薄,腔深、型芯長,可能會造成因型腔、型芯不同而造成塑料壁厚薄不均,從而造成成型困難,廢品率高。這一點對于薄壁通體尤為重要。針對這些問題采用了型芯和型腔以導柱、導套定位。在桶身高度部分采用了獨立冷卻系統(tǒng),在用以成型杯底的定模鑲件上,采用環(huán)形水道冷卻,水流的進出口設計在定模固定板上。型芯冷卻采用中間一主水道進水,然后沿圓周均布分成六個分水道出水,從而使型芯各處得到充分冷卻,整個模具的溫度場比較均勻。塑件脫模時采用氣動頂出。
在設計過程中制定了合理的工藝方案,滿足了大批量生產(chǎn)要求。同時,還編制了詳細的工藝文件來保證模具的順利加工及制品的生產(chǎn)。通過合理的設計,本模具滿足生產(chǎn)與應用的要求。
