摘 要
在磚瓦產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)線上,切坯機(jī)是必不可少的一個(gè)輔助設(shè)備,它是黏土泥條連續(xù)地通過(guò)切坯機(jī)制作最終產(chǎn)品的唯一方法。常規(guī)的切坯機(jī)大多是采用曲柄連桿機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)推桿的往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),而液壓切坯機(jī)與之相比有低成本、高效率、大功率、低噪聲、高度集成化及經(jīng)久耐用等許多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。液壓技術(shù)是機(jī)械設(shè)備中發(fā)展速度最快的技術(shù)之一,已廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)各領(lǐng)域,液壓切坯機(jī)主要是由液壓系統(tǒng)提供動(dòng)力,通過(guò)控制系統(tǒng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)切坯機(jī)的運(yùn)行。
本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要設(shè)計(jì)的是液壓切坯機(jī)中的切坯機(jī)部分,主要包括機(jī)架、滾筒、推板、擋板等機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算與校核,以及一些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的選擇與計(jì)算,如軸承、鏈輪、法蘭等,并通過(guò)合理的設(shè)計(jì)和布置使得機(jī)器的工作方便快捷、安全可靠。

Abstract
On the production line of the brick and tile product , cut billet machine is essential for an auxiliary device, it is the only way to cut through continuous billet machine making clay mud of the final product. Most conventional cut billet crank linkage machine is used to achieve reciprocating plunger, and hydraulic cutting machine compared blanks have low cost, high efficiency, high power, low noise, highly integrated and durable, and many advantages. Hydraulic machinery and equipment technology is one of the fastest growing technology, has been widely used in various fields of industrial, hydraulic cutting machine is mainly provided by the billet hydraulic system powered by the control system to achieve run cut billet machine.
The graduation design is primarily designed hydraulic cutting machine cut billet billet machine parts, including design rack, roller, push plates, baffles and other institutions, calculation and verification, and the selection and calculation of some standard parts, such as the convenient work bearings, sprockets, flanges, etc., and through rational design and layout making machine, safe and reliable.
