氣電立焊是80年代發(fā)展起來的一種熔化極氣體保護(hù)電弧垂直對接焊方法,采用藥芯焊絲作熔化極,用能自動控制的上升系統(tǒng)帶動焊槍進(jìn)行連續(xù)焊接,在水冷滑塊的強(qiáng)制成型作用下以CO2氣體保護(hù)實現(xiàn)單面焊雙面一次成型。
過去我國對氣電立焊的設(shè)備主要依賴進(jìn)口,并被廣泛應(yīng)用于石油天然氣的儲油罐建設(shè)這些設(shè)備,雖然性能良好但價格昂貴,國內(nèi)一些中小企業(yè)無力購買,受進(jìn)口設(shè)備和國內(nèi)藥芯焊絲技術(shù)不過關(guān)的制約,其應(yīng)用范圍和發(fā)展受到限制。所以,開發(fā)擁有我國自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的氣電立焊設(shè)備,以解決困擾我國眾多企業(yè)的焊接問題,成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。
科學(xué)依據(jù)(包括課題的科學(xué)意義;國內(nèi)外研究概況、水平和發(fā)展趨勢;應(yīng)用前景等)
氣電立焊是由普通熔化極氣體保護(hù)焊和電渣焊發(fā)展而形成的一種熔化極氣體保護(hù)電弧焊方法。目前氣電立焊焊接材料主要采用(金屬芯)藥芯焊絲,其特點(diǎn)是生產(chǎn)效率高、成本低。氣電立焊屬于窄間隙焊,與其它窄間隙焊的主要區(qū)別是焊縫一次成型,而不是多道多層焊。所以其焊接效率及焊接質(zhì)量均較高,主要應(yīng)用于船舶的外殼板的中厚板焊接,也可應(yīng)用于相應(yīng)尺寸的橋梁箱式梁腹板及大型儲罐側(cè)板的中厚板的焊接。目前通過船級社認(rèn)可的氣電立焊藥芯焊絲全部為國外廠商,而國內(nèi)研究生產(chǎn)的焊絲常常出現(xiàn)焊接力學(xué)性能不穩(wěn)定的情況,不能滿足國內(nèi)客戶的需求。所有氣電立焊藥芯焊絲的使用全都依賴進(jìn)口,而國內(nèi)目前應(yīng)用最多的是日本神鋼生產(chǎn)的DWS-43G和DWS-1LG兩種氣電立焊藥芯焊絲。
過去我國對氣電立焊的設(shè)備主要依賴進(jìn)口,并被廣泛應(yīng)用于石油天然氣的儲油罐建設(shè)這些設(shè)備,雖然性能良好但價格昂貴,國內(nèi)一些中小企業(yè)無力購買,受進(jìn)口設(shè)備和國內(nèi)藥芯焊絲技術(shù)不過關(guān)的制約,其應(yīng)用范圍和發(fā)展受到限制。所以,開發(fā)擁有我國自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的氣電立焊設(shè)備,以解決困擾我國眾多企業(yè)的焊接問題,成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。
為了提高快速響應(yīng)能力,氣電立焊企業(yè)首先應(yīng)能迅速捕捉復(fù)雜多變的市場動態(tài)信息,并及時作出正確的預(yù)測和決策,以決定新產(chǎn)品的功能特征和上市時間。明確了新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)項目以后,實現(xiàn)快速虛擬設(shè)計就成為重要的一環(huán)。工程設(shè)計的重要性是不言而喻的。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,工程設(shè)計的費(fèi)用雖然只占產(chǎn)品最終成本的一小部分(不到10%),但往往決定了它的80%以上的制造成本,而且還決定性地影響產(chǎn)品的性能和交貨期?,F(xiàn)代機(jī)械產(chǎn)品由于用戶的要求越來越高,產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)日益復(fù)雜,科技含量愈來愈高,從而使得產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)周期同趨延長。如何解決好產(chǎn)品市場壽命縮短和新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期長的尖銳矛盾,已經(jīng)成為決定企業(yè)成敗興衰的生死攸關(guān)問題。產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期包括設(shè)計、試制、試驗和修改等一系列環(huán)節(jié),除了設(shè)計以外的后幾個環(huán)節(jié)可以統(tǒng)稱為試制定型階段。
由此可知,實施虛擬快速設(shè)計,至少有如下優(yōu)點(diǎn):及時交貨,爭先搶占市場,因縮短制造時間和消除各種浪費(fèi)而降低制造成本,因加快產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代而向市場大量提供質(zhì)量更高、價格更低的高性能產(chǎn)品。其結(jié)果就大大提高了企業(yè)的綜合競爭力和持續(xù)發(fā)展的生命力。
研究內(nèi)容
① 了解氣電立焊的工作原理,國內(nèi)外的研究發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;
② 完成焊接機(jī)的總體方案設(shè)計;
③ 完成有關(guān)零部件的選型、建模,虛擬裝配;
④ 熟練掌握有關(guān)計算機(jī)繪圖軟件,并繪制裝配圖和零件圖紙;
⑤ 完成設(shè)計說明書的撰寫,并翻譯外文資料1篇。
擬采取的研究方法、技術(shù)路線、實驗方案及可行性分析
本文主要采用PRO/ENGINEER軟件對氣電立焊及進(jìn)行快速虛擬設(shè)計,該軟件有如下特點(diǎn):
全相關(guān):Pro/ENGINEER的所有模塊都是全相關(guān)的。這就意味著在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中某一處進(jìn)行的修改,能夠擴(kuò)展到整個設(shè)計中,同時自動更新所有的工程文檔,包括裝配體、設(shè)計圖紙,以及制造數(shù)據(jù)。全相關(guān)性鼓勵在開發(fā)周期的任一點(diǎn)進(jìn)行修改,卻沒有任何損失,并使并行工程成為可能,所以能夠使開發(fā)后期的一些功能提前發(fā)揮其作用。?
基于特征的參數(shù)化造型:Pro/ENGINEER使用用戶熟悉的特征作為產(chǎn)品幾何模型的構(gòu)造要素。這些特征是一些普通的機(jī)械對象,并且可以按預(yù)先設(shè)置很容易的進(jìn)行修改。例如:設(shè)計特征有弧、圓角、倒角等等,它們對工程人員來說是很熟悉的,因而易于使用。?裝配、加工、制造以及其它學(xué)科都使用這些領(lǐng)域獨(dú)特的特征。通過給這些特征設(shè)置參數(shù)(不但包括幾何尺寸,還包括非幾何屬性),然后修改參數(shù)很容易的進(jìn)行多次設(shè)計疊代,實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)。?數(shù)據(jù)管理:加速投放市場,需要在較短的時間內(nèi)開發(fā)更多的產(chǎn)品。為了實現(xiàn)這種效率,必須允許多個學(xué)科的工程師同時對同一產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行開發(fā)。數(shù)據(jù)管理模塊的開發(fā)研制,正是專門用于管理并行工程中同時進(jìn)行的各項工作,由于使用了Pro/ENGINEER獨(dú)特的全相關(guān)功能,因而使之成為可能。
裝配管理:Pro/ENGINEER的基本結(jié)構(gòu)能夠使您利用一些直觀的命令,例如“嚙合”、“插入”、“對齊”等很容易的把零件裝配起來,同時保持設(shè)計意圖。高級的功能支持大型復(fù)雜裝配體的構(gòu)造和管理,這些裝配體中零件的數(shù)量不受限制。?
易于使用:菜單以直觀的方式聯(lián)級出現(xiàn),提供了邏輯選項和預(yù)先選取的最普通選項,同時還提供了簡短的菜單描述和完整的在線幫助,這種形式使得容易學(xué)習(xí)和使用。
我們最終選擇PRO/ENGINEER作為虛擬設(shè)計軟件,主要是由于其在機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動仿真功能方面強(qiáng)大的功能、易操作性和直觀性。同時,在大型組件的創(chuàng)建過程中,PRO/ENGINEER的單一數(shù)據(jù)庫、參數(shù)化建模和全相關(guān)性將使零部件的創(chuàng)建和修改變得非常容易,這對縮短建模周期將起到顯著的作用。

立式環(huán)縫自動焊機(jī)是一種小巧、價廉物美、操作簡單方便,能完成各種小型的圓形、環(huán)形焊縫焊接的通用自動焊接設(shè)備。其最大特點(diǎn)就是適用于一些小型工件的環(huán)縫焊接,而且工件不宜過,長如手指長短的工件較適合焊接。
主控制器采用運(yùn)動控制器可編程控制器為核心控制單元,根據(jù)用戶要求,可通過修改控制軟件的程序及參數(shù)來調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)備的功能,實現(xiàn)圓形、半圓形、分段多段圓弧、環(huán)形焊縫的焊接,使整個設(shè)備具有很強(qiáng)的智能性和柔性,是一個具有較高檔次,較高性價比和可靠性的控制器。該控制器具有手動調(diào)節(jié)和自動焊接控制功能;回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)由直流伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動,無級調(diào)節(jié)焊接速度,焊接速度由控制面板上的數(shù)顯顯示;采用獨(dú)立的調(diào)速電路,焊縫的搭接量可預(yù)先數(shù)碼設(shè)定,焊后焊槍高速復(fù)位;該控制器可根據(jù)焊接工藝要求采用多種控制輸出信號選擇和輸出接口,具有抗干擾強(qiáng)、可靠性高、調(diào)速穩(wěn)定、操作方便、自動化程度高等特點(diǎn),可廣泛地應(yīng)用環(huán)形焊縫工件的焊接控制

臥式環(huán)縫自動焊機(jī)與立式環(huán)縫自動焊機(jī)相比,其對焊件的長度沒有過多的限制.三、四米的長管都可輕松焊接。該設(shè)備可廣泛地應(yīng)用于液壓油缸、汽車方向架、傳動軸、貯氣筒、化工及醫(yī)療容器、液化氣罐、消防器材、礦山及生產(chǎn)線用滾筒及儲液筒等產(chǎn)品的焊接。
性能特點(diǎn):
床身采用臥式結(jié)構(gòu),由焊接結(jié)構(gòu)件經(jīng)退火后精加工而成,保證床身導(dǎo)軌不變形;
回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)頭采用直流電機(jī)或交流變頻電機(jī)驅(qū)動,速度穩(wěn)定可靠;
主軸端部安裝有焊接夾具或三爪卡盤,用于裝夾定位工件;
