摘 要
通過在壓縮機廠家的學(xué)習(xí)和網(wǎng)上資料結(jié)合,本次設(shè)計將簡單介紹空氣壓縮機吸氣、排氣過程的工作原理和有效減小噪音的方法。
吸氣、排氣過程是在壓縮缸里完成的。影響其吸氣或排氣量的因素有轉(zhuǎn)子直徑、轉(zhuǎn)子長度;P(壓力)、T(溫度)、海拔高度、n(轉(zhuǎn)速)、V(余隙容積)、泄漏等。前者屬于設(shè)計因素,而后者屬于運動因素。合理的運用這些因素可以有效的提高壓縮機的工作效率,從而提高生產(chǎn)率。
噪音是是令人討厭或干擾的聲音,在壓縮機工作的同時還會發(fā)出不同程度的噪音,影響工作人員的身心健康。有效得減小噪音事在必行。
減小噪音的主要方法有1、保機體中的所有接頭是安全的,叉車孔關(guān)閉,機組地面的基體是固封住的。2、通過管道輸送進氣和排氣。 3、減少反射噪聲。通過以上3點設(shè)計和預(yù)防,進一步減小產(chǎn)生的噪音。此外,還有不少減小噪音的途徑。通過種種減小噪音的方法,使壓縮機真正的實現(xiàn)規(guī)范化,符合國家規(guī)定的標準。
