模態(tài)分析是對(duì)工程結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行振動(dòng)分析研究的最先進(jìn)的現(xiàn)代方法與手段之一。它可以定義為對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)態(tài)特性的解析分析(有限元分析)和實(shí)驗(yàn)分析(實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)B(tài)分析),其結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)態(tài)特性用模態(tài)參數(shù)來(lái)表征。在數(shù)學(xué)上,模態(tài)參數(shù)是力學(xué)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)動(dòng)微分方程的特征值和特征向量;而在實(shí)驗(yàn)方面,則是測(cè)得的系統(tǒng)的極點(diǎn)(固有頻率和阻尼)和振型(模態(tài)向量)。模態(tài)分析技術(shù)的特點(diǎn)與優(yōu)點(diǎn)是在對(duì)系統(tǒng)做動(dòng)力學(xué)分析時(shí),用模態(tài)坐標(biāo)代替物理學(xué)坐標(biāo),從而可大大壓縮系統(tǒng)分析的自由度數(shù)目,分析精度較高。對(duì)于大型復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng),比如汽車,可采用子結(jié)構(gòu)分析方法。它是把復(fù)雜的大型結(jié)構(gòu)劃分為各子結(jié)構(gòu),分別對(duì)子結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行有限元分析或?qū)嶒?yàn)?zāi)B(tài)分析,取得子結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力模型及其特性參數(shù),再將子結(jié)構(gòu)按照一定方法綜合成一整體進(jìn)行分析,是一種有效縮減自由度的方法。驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的振動(dòng)特性不但直接影響其本身的強(qiáng)度,而且對(duì)整車的舒適性和平順性有著至關(guān)重要的影響。因此,對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)橋進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析,掌握和改善其振動(dòng)特性,是設(shè)計(jì)中的重要方面。參考文獻(xiàn)[6]通過(guò)模態(tài)分析方法找到了某汽車驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的破壞原因。該車使用中其驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼中部區(qū)域常出現(xiàn)裂紋,靜強(qiáng)度計(jì)算表明該橋殼靜應(yīng)力分布合理,破壞區(qū)的靜應(yīng)力很小。模態(tài)分析中橋殼的前九階頻率在路面譜頻率范圍內(nèi),在路面譜的激勵(lì)下很容易引起垂直方向的共振。進(jìn)一步的強(qiáng)迫振動(dòng)分析表明,其中部某些部位應(yīng)力超過(guò)了材料的強(qiáng)度極限,動(dòng)態(tài)特性不好、動(dòng)強(qiáng)度不足是產(chǎn)生驅(qū)動(dòng)橋破壞的根本原因。這不但說(shuō)明模態(tài)分析方法在驅(qū)動(dòng)橋研究和設(shè)計(jì)中有著具體的應(yīng)用,而且還是必要的。因?yàn)閭鹘y(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和分析方法不足以解決汽車關(guān)鍵部件的動(dòng)態(tài)承載強(qiáng)度問(wèn)題。
4 優(yōu)化算法
現(xiàn)代優(yōu)化算法包括神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、禁忌搜索算法、模擬退火算法、遺傳算法和拉格朗日松弛算法等。這些算法涉及生物進(jìn)化、人工智能、數(shù)學(xué)和物理學(xué)、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)和統(tǒng)計(jì)力學(xué)等概念,是以一定的直觀為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)造的算法,稱之為啟發(fā)式算法。啟發(fā)式算法的興起與計(jì)算復(fù)雜性理論的形成有密切關(guān)系。當(dāng)人們不滿足于常規(guī)算法求解復(fù)雜問(wèn)題時(shí),現(xiàn)代優(yōu)化算法開(kāi)始體現(xiàn)其作用。模擬退火算法是局部搜索算法的擴(kuò)展,它是一種全局最優(yōu)算法,可應(yīng)用于組合最優(yōu)化問(wèn)題。遺傳算法是一種隨機(jī)的全局搜索算法,能在搜索過(guò)程中自動(dòng)獲取和積累有關(guān)空間的知識(shí),并自適應(yīng)地控制搜索過(guò)程,從而得到最優(yōu)解或次優(yōu)解。由于遺傳算法具有兼容性,因此可根據(jù)遺傳算法和模擬退火算法各自的優(yōu)點(diǎn),將兩者相結(jié)合構(gòu)造遺傳模擬退火算法,對(duì)離散與連續(xù)的設(shè)計(jì)變量進(jìn)行多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。另外,模糊數(shù)學(xué)和優(yōu)化相結(jié)合產(chǎn)生了模糊優(yōu)化算法,可靠性工程和優(yōu)化的結(jié)合則產(chǎn)生基于可靠性的優(yōu)化算法??梢灶A(yù)見(jiàn),隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,必然會(huì)出現(xiàn)各種新型的、更先進(jìn)的優(yōu)化算法。將優(yōu)化算法引入驅(qū)動(dòng)橋及各元件的設(shè)計(jì),可以減小部件體積、節(jié)省材料、優(yōu)化傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)、優(yōu)化傳動(dòng)零件的參數(shù),使其設(shè)計(jì)更科學(xué)、合理。參考文獻(xiàn)[7]和[8]分別用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、遺傳算法對(duì)直齒和斜齒輪傳動(dòng)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,以齒輪副體積最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),達(dá)到了令人滿意的結(jié)果。這表明應(yīng)用優(yōu)化算法進(jìn)行驅(qū)動(dòng)橋傳動(dòng)零件結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)可行、高效。
