目前常用的石料破碎機械大部分是鄂式破碎機和圓錐式破碎機,這種破碎機破碎的石料中片狀
料比例很大,這對骨料的級配影響很大,造成砼質量不穩(wěn)定,使路面質量難以得到保證。目前我國已從國外引進了反擊式破碎機(如SVEDALA) 公司的B7100 型反擊式破碎機),此種破碎機能生產出近于立方體的石料,這對生產高質量砼是至關重要的。
1 幾種破碎機的工作特點及應用
鄂式破碎機是靠傳動系統(tǒng)帶動兩塊鄂板周期性運動,依靠破碎工作表面上兩塊相互交錯布置的齒型襯板將石料壓碎,工作不連續(xù)。因而破碎效率低、能量消耗大、機件磨損嚴重,造成石料片狀率高,粒度范圍大。但其結構簡單,維修方便,對于堅硬礦石有很高的破碎效果,因此常用作一級破碎。
圓錐破碎機依靠固定的外錐和偏心運動的內錐將石料壓碎,是一種連續(xù)破碎,生產效率比鄂式破碎機高。但圓錐破碎機也是一種機械式破碎,機件容易磨損,造成產品粒型不穩(wěn)定,粒度范圍大,故常用作二級破碎以及對產品要求不太高的末級破碎反擊式破碎機是一種連續(xù)的非機械式破碎。它將打擊、反擊、離心沖擊、剪切、研磨等破碎原理有機結合在一起,使其能量和破碎空腔得到充分、有效利用,破碎效率高,出料細而均勻,易損零件少,維護保養(yǎng)方便,能耗低。生產的產品粒型好且呈棱角,針片狀少,粒度連續(xù)且粉末少,常用作對骨料要求較高的路基路面的末級破碎,也可用于建材、化工、礦山、冶金工業(yè)的細碎作業(yè)。用于磨前細碎時,可大幅度降低磨機的入磨物料粒度,起到以破代磨的功效。
2 反擊式破碎機的工作原理
在工業(yè)上,目前廣泛應用的物料破碎方法仍是機械力破碎,主要有擠壓、劈碎、折斷、研磨和沖擊破碎等。鄂式破碎機是當動鄂板周期性地靠近定鄂板時,借助擠壓作用將裝于期間的物料破碎,由于鄂板為齒型結構,破碎時兼有劈碎、折斷和磨碎作用。圓錐破碎機破碎腔以擠壓破碎為主,兼有彎曲和沖擊研磨作用。物料在破碎腔里受到巨大的擠壓力作用,當擠壓力超過物料顆粒之間的內聚力時,物料被破碎。沖擊式破碎是一種選擇性破碎,即沿物料的缺陷處破碎,不僅省功而且能保證粒度,減少過粉碎。在沖擊破碎開始瞬間,顆粒內部產生應力波,迅速向四方傳播,并在內部缺陷、裂紋和晶粒界面等處產生應力集中,促使顆粒首先沿這些脆弱面破碎。
B7100反擊式破碎機是基于沖擊破碎機理制造而成。原石料從機器頂部送入分料斗,借助控制門和分料擋板使原石料按一定比例通過料斗底部進入高速運轉的轉子或通過分料斗側面的分料口瀑布般落入破碎腔。原石料在轉子內被加速到很高圓周速度,在離心力作用下通過轉子側面出口以50-85米/秒的速度向外飛出,與從分料口落下的石料顆粒發(fā)生非完全彈性碰撞,被擊碎的石料顆粒又與破碎腔中其他顆粒反復碰撞、磨碎,在腔內形成紊流,越接近破碎腔內壁,石料顆粒越小,速度越低,不久后失去能量的石料顆粒便落入成品料斗。期間,破碎腔內壁附近始終有一層低速的小顆粒石料,這一層石料又為破碎腔提供一層石襯。這樣,破碎過程只是石料顆粒之間的相互作用,即“石-石磨碎反應”,也稱為“石打石”破碎方式,因此反擊式破碎機又被稱為自生性碎石機。由于石料顆粒不直接與機體發(fā)生擠壓和摩擦,因而提高了碎石機的使用壽命。
3 反擊式破碎機的結構特點
B7100型反擊式破碎機主要由破碎腔、料斗腔、分料器、轉子、傳動系統(tǒng)、頂蓋、底座、電機等組成。與其他破碎機相比,該機在結構上具有一些特點。
3.1 結構獨特的破碎腔
破碎比是衡量破碎機破碎效果的一個重要指標,B7100 型破碎機優(yōu)化的腔形設計提高了破碎比。提高破碎比意味著可減少破碎次數,節(jié)約設備用量投資。B7100 型反擊式破碎機對破碎腔腔形作了精心優(yōu)化設計,采用直線與曲線相結合,在破碎腔內設有凸耳裝置,使得滯留物料有一安息角。從轉子中被加速的碎石在離心力作用下沿徑向運動,在破碎腔內壁上形成一層由碎石組成的石襯。這層石襯也接受來自徑向高速運動的碎石的猛烈碰撞,這就是第二次“石打石”過程。同臺機器中的多次破碎使其破碎比高達12—15,而傳統(tǒng)破碎機的破碎比一般為3-6, B7100 型反擊式破碎機是實現(xiàn)“多破少磨”的理想設備。
3.2 精心設計的轉子
轉子開放式的結構設計,能承受極硬物料如剛玉、石英等對轉子的多次沖擊和磨損。高耐磨性的襯板與轉子漿葉保證轉子能長期使用,避免轉子反復拆裝。而且轉子上下板外側具有經特殊耐磨材料制造的保護板,能完全避免轉子外端被磨損后引起轉子失效,消除因修復困難而造成經濟損失。經動載平衡試驗,轉子可以高速平穩(wěn)運轉。
3.3 先進的控制系統(tǒng)
B7100型破碎機的EMX控制柜可以實現(xiàn)恒電流軟啟動和恒電流軟停機,可使電機起動轉矩平滑增加,既避免大電流的沖擊損壞,又避免對電網的沖擊,同時具有過載、堵轉、欠壓、缺相等保護功能,不能滿負荷工作時,能提高電機功率因數和效率,節(jié)能效果顯著。
3.4 綠色環(huán)保型的設計
