帶式輸送機(jī)是現(xiàn)代物料連續(xù)運(yùn)輸?shù)闹匾O(shè)備，是連續(xù)運(yùn)動的無端輸送帶運(yùn)送貨物的機(jī)械，用膠帶作為輸送帶的帶式輸送機(jī)稱為膠帶輸送機(jī)，簡稱膠帶機(jī)。它是提升和運(yùn)輸機(jī)械的重要組成部分，它具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、成本低、運(yùn)輸距離長、效率高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。其主要用于冶金、采礦、煤炭、電站、港口以及工業(yè)企業(yè)。它將為我國各礦業(yè)裝卸工作的機(jī)械化、現(xiàn)代化作出越來越大的貢獻(xiàn)。
本文主要針對帶式輸送機(jī)中的可伸縮帶式輸送機(jī)進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，包括可伸縮帶式輸送機(jī)輸送帶的選擇、中間架的選擇計(jì)算、傳動裝置的設(shè)計(jì)、收放膠帶裝置的計(jì)算、托輥以及滾筒的選擇計(jì)算等，并針對其結(jié)構(gòu)及其工作原理作了概括性總結(jié)。可伸縮帶式輸送機(jī)利用傳動滾筒與輸送帶之間的摩擦傳遞動力，在結(jié)構(gòu)上增加了儲帶裝置，這樣可以實(shí)現(xiàn)整機(jī)的伸長和縮短，從而提高了工作效率，增大產(chǎn)量，減少人員操作，具有一定的工程實(shí)踐價(jià)值。
