<p>發(fā)動機支架立式單面組合鉆床設(shè)計【優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計含8張CAD圖紙】-jxsj78</p><p>發(fā)動機支架立式單面組合鉆床設(shè)計</p><p> 摘 要</p><p> 本次設(shè)計的題目是發(fā)動機支架立式單面組合鉆床設(shè)計,是在發(fā)動機支架上加工4個深6mm,尺寸要求17的孔。</p><p> 本次設(shè)計分為總體設(shè)計和主軸箱設(shè)計兩個部分。首先,對機床進行總體結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計,需要確定切削用量、計算切削力、切削扭矩、切削功率及刀具耐用度,然后以此確定主軸、外伸尺寸等,繪制“三圖一卡”,即被加工零件工序圖、加工示意圖、機床尺寸聯(lián)系總圖,以及生產(chǎn)率計算卡。其次,對主軸箱進行設(shè)計,繪制設(shè)計原始依據(jù)圖,確定主軸箱及各個通用部件的選用,計算各齒輪的傳動比和主軸的坐標位置。最后,根據(jù)分析的結(jié)果,對齒輪和軸的強度和剛度進行校核。</p><p> 本專用機床能滿足加工要求,保證加工精度,機床運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn),工作可靠,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,裝卸方便,便于維修、調(diào)整、操作,減輕了工人的勞動強度,提高了勞動生產(chǎn)率。</p><p>關(guān)鍵詞:組合機床;鉆孔;主軸箱;傳動設(shè)計</p><p>Abstract</p><p>The design topic is Engine bracket of vertical single combination drilling machine design. Aimed at the engine support processing 4 meet the size requirements of the 17 and 6mm deep hole.</p><p>The design is divided into two parts overall design and the headstock design.
