1、Unit 7 What's the highest mountain in the world ?
Section B(la-2e)教案
【教學目標】
1. Review the whole unit
2. Do some practice on the target language and main grammars of the
unit?
【教學重難點】
1. Continue to teach students to master the comparatives and
superlatives with adjectives and adverbs. Comple
2、te related test.
2. Guide students to complete the test.
【教具準備】
多媒體課件、習題材料、錄音機。
【教學過程】
Step 1 Lead in:
T: For last three lesson, we have learned Unit7. Let's see what you
have learned.
Then the teacher asks some questions about the language points.
Especially ask students to make sentences
3、with comparative and
superlative structures.
In this part the teacher can check whether they have master the whole
unit.
Step 2 Presentation.
1. Complete the self check part. Finish the test in this part.
2. Teach students the three degrees of adj. and adv. Make an concrete
summary of it. Let
4、 students to compare the differences between them.
1) 大多數(shù)形容詞有三個級。
原級:常用結(jié)構(gòu)as ... as…像..….一樣
Zhang Hong is as tall as Tom.
張紅和湯姆一樣高。
2) 比較級(用于兩者之間的比較)
常用結(jié)構(gòu):形容詞比較級+than ...
He is taller than I.他比我高。
3) 最高級(用于三者或三者以上的比較),
常用結(jié)構(gòu):
the +形容詞的最高級+ of / in ...
He is the tallest of the three.
他是這三個
5、人中最高的。
He is the funniest in his class.
他是他們班最有趣的。
形容詞、副詞比較級和最高規(guī)則變化和不規(guī)則變化。規(guī)則變化:
1) 一般情況下,單音節(jié)或雙音節(jié)的形容詞
(或副詞)比較級+ er ,最高級+est
2) 以e結(jié)尾的詞,比較級+ r,最高級+ st即可。
3) 以輔音字母+y結(jié)尾的變y為i+er或est
4) 雙寫最后一個輔音字母+ er或est的詞,同學要用心去記:
1. fat—fatter—fattest
2. thin —thinner—thinnest
3. hot—hotter—hottest
4. red —
6、redder—reddest
5. wet—wetter—wettest
6. big—bigger—biggest
5) 多音節(jié)和部分雙音節(jié)的詞需要在形容詞原級前+ more構(gòu)成比
較級,+the most構(gòu)
成最高級。
1. Give students five minutes to take down notes or ask questions
about the grammar.

1. Give students some time to complete the test on the screen. Then

Step 4 Homework
1. Review the whole unit.
2. Preview next unit.
