2019-2020年六年級(jí)英語(yǔ)下冊(cè) Unit 1 Lesson 5(1)教案 冀教版 Lesson 5 A Basketball Game 一.Teaching Objectives and Demands: 1.Student can understand read say and practice the dialogue of this lesson . 2.Student can understand read say and practice the following words: player, team and game. 3.Student can understand read and say the words: win and lose. 二.The Importance and The Difficult point: The importance: Practice the drill. The difficult point: Practice the dialogue 三.Teaching Aids: some pictures,some vocabulary cards and one tape-recorder 四.Allocation of time: one course 五.Teaching steps: Step 1.Organizing the teaching 1.Greetings 2.Sing an English song. Step 2. Revision 1.Play “Charades” to review occupations the Ss mastered: teacher, clerk, cashier, waitress(waiter) and bus driver.After the Ss have guessed thses occupations, add “doctor” and “police officer”. 2.Play “I say, I do” to review the occupations. Step 3.Key concepts: player team game win/lose 1.Introduce: a.Demonstrate “player” “team” and“game” with six volunteers and a game of “spelling bee”. Divide the volunteers into two teams. Gie each player a sheet of coloured paper, the same colour for each team.Then describe the teams with phrases such as: This is the ____(colour)team. _____(name)is a player on the ____(colour)team. How many players does the _____team have? Now let’s watch the ____and ____teams play a game. b.Demonstrate “win” and “l(fā)ose” after the game is done. Point to the teams and as the teacher says “You win/lose.” 2.Student book : a.Pause after No.1 in the student book.Review the story so far.LiMing and Jenny have been learning about sports.Look at the pictures in the student book.What are they doing now? b.Note some of the idiom in this lesson:Bob plays basketball “for fun”.Jenny ask LiMing “What’s the score?”What do the Ss think these phrases mean? 3.Practice: Divide the class into small groups.In each group,some Ss pretend that they want to lern a game, that the other Ss know how to play. You will win at last. 教學(xué)重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn): 1. words about the game 2.win and lose 教具、學(xué)具:A big picture of this lesson and a tape 教學(xué)過(guò)程: Class opening and review Play “Charades” to review occupations the students mastered in Levels 1, 2 and 7: teacher, clerk, cashier, waitress and bus driver. After the students have guessed these occupations, add “doctor” and “police officer”. The students mastered these words orally in Level 1, but they haven’t seen them for a long time. Whisper the translation for these occupations to the students acting them out, and help the class guess the occupations with lots of prompts and encouragement. You can, for example, draw blanks on the blackboard and slowly write in the letters as you sound out more and more of each occupation. Introduce Demonstrate “player” “team” “game” with six volunteers and a game of “spelling bee” divide the volunteers into two teams of three. Give player a sheet of coloured paper to hold, the same colour for each team. Demonstrate “win” and “l(fā)ose” after the game is done.
