1、 完形填空突破(十) ——高分技巧 1.研讀首尾——抓主題 一般來說,很多文章會按照“總—分—總”的思路來寫。首先提出主題,接著對主題進(jìn)行分析、敘述,最后進(jìn)行歸納、總結(jié),得出結(jié)論或提出建議。因此,一般根據(jù)文章的首句及尾句就能抓住文章的主題。 但是,主題句不總是在文章的開頭,有時在文中,有時在文尾,因此,考生在做題時一方面要快速通讀全文,另一方面應(yīng)注意連接詞,如but,however,yet,though,therefore,otherwise等,它們的前面一句或后面一句就有可能是主題句。 考生抓住了主題,就等于掌握了整篇文章,就可根據(jù)主題順藤摸瓜選出正確答案。 2.上下聯(lián)系——尋

2、信息 文章中,句與句之間、段與段之間緊密相聯(lián)、渾然一體。因此,完形填空中經(jīng)常會出現(xiàn)前面的信息為后面的空白提供暗示,而后面的信息有可能是前面空白的答案的情況。這時,考生切不可死盯住空白不放,而要聯(lián)系上下文,尋求信息以確定答案。 3.左顧右盼——找搭配 英語中,有些單詞詞義相近,而句型結(jié)構(gòu)及跟其他詞的搭配卻截然不同??忌荒軉螐脑~義上去辨析,而應(yīng)審查空白前后的名詞、動詞、介詞或非謂語動詞等,比較與各選項的搭配關(guān)系,然后確定答案。 4.思前想后——覓邏輯 邏輯是作者的行文方式,主要包括并列、轉(zhuǎn)折、條件、因果、遞進(jìn)、讓步等。它們之間有的通過連接詞來表達(dá),關(guān)系非常明顯;有的隱含在句與句之間,關(guān)

3、系比較隱晦??忌鷳?yīng)該根據(jù)前后信息進(jìn)行思考,撥開迷霧,準(zhǔn)確理解上下文間的邏輯關(guān)系。 5.語境分析——辨詞義 詞不離句,句不離篇??忌鐾晷翁羁諘r必須從句子的語境出發(fā),根據(jù)文章的中心、上下文的意思,確定空白處的意思,然后選出合乎語境的單詞。 6.集中精力——破難題 每篇完形填空20道題,其中有2~4道題的難度較大,考生可能在短時間內(nèi)很難確定答案。此時,考生應(yīng)該在完成全文后,集中精力,對其進(jìn)行分析、綜合,作出決定。必要時,大膽相信第一感覺。 7.回讀檢查——補漏洞 做完之后,再用2~3分鐘的時間將全文聯(lián)系起來進(jìn)行回讀,查看所填單詞或短語是否跟語境相符,是否與邏輯相悖。這樣,通過查漏補缺,
