摘 要
塑料在當(dāng)今世界上無(wú)處不用,因此塑料模具有很大的發(fā)展前景,特別是注塑模具。由此可知,研究注塑模具對(duì)了解塑料產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程和提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有很大的意義。本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的課題是帶金屬嵌件的圓珠筆管注塑模,即設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)用來(lái)生產(chǎn)圓珠筆管的注塑模具。本文詳細(xì)記錄了模具的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程包括塑件材料的工藝性分析、擬定模具的結(jié)構(gòu)形式、澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和注塑模主要結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。
在本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中讓我可以綜合運(yùn)用到以前的學(xué)習(xí)到的專業(yè)知識(shí),加深我對(duì)注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)原理的理解,并提高了我將理論知識(shí)與實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)相結(jié)合的能力,為我以后走向工作崗位打下了基礎(chǔ)。設(shè)計(jì)中除了應(yīng)用傳統(tǒng)的計(jì)算方法,我還使用了Pro/E、AutoCAD軟件對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)出的模具進(jìn)行了三維建模及二維圖的繪制。

ABSTRACT
Plastic is nowhere in the world today, so the plastic mold has great prospects for development, especially the injection mold. Thus we can see, It is of great significance to study the injection molds to understand the production process of plastic products and improve the quality of the products. The subject of this graduation project is injection molded mold with ball - point pen with metal insert, that is, the design of a ballpoint pen for the production of injection mold. This paper records the design process of the mold in detail. The design process includes the technical analysis of the plastic parts, the design of the mold, the design of the pouring system and the design of the main structure of the injection mold.
In this graduation design so that I can be integrated into the previous study to the professional knowledge, deepen my understanding of the principles of injection mold design, and improved my ability to combine theoretical knowledge with practical design. For me to work later laid the foundation. In addition to the application of the traditional design method, I also use the Pro / E, AutoCAD software on the design of the mold for three-dimensional modeling and two-dimensional map drawing.
