玩具汽車(chē)上蓋模具設(shè)計(jì)及型腔加工仿真
摘要:本課題設(shè)計(jì)是對(duì)玩具汽車(chē)的模具設(shè)計(jì)和成型零件的加工仿真。設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中采用Pro/E Wildfire 2.0進(jìn)行三維造型、分型面設(shè)計(jì)和模流分析,使用EMX 4.1模塊進(jìn)行模具整體設(shè)計(jì),使用Master cam 9.0進(jìn)行模具型腔仿真加工。
本模具依據(jù)廠方給定的注塑機(jī)型號(hào)和經(jīng)濟(jì)性確定型腔為一模四腔;考慮模具中的成型位置及精度等諸多種因素的影響,選取分型面在塑件的底面;為使塑件能夠快速均勻冷卻,冷卻流道布置為環(huán)繞式;為使鑲塊結(jié)構(gòu)不發(fā)生泄漏,使用負(fù)壓冷卻水系統(tǒng);采用平衡式分流道、側(cè)澆口,使型腔同時(shí)得到均勻的充填和成型;頂出機(jī)構(gòu)是制品的脫模裝置,依據(jù)塑件結(jié)構(gòu)采用12根頂桿;由于塑件是薄壁結(jié)構(gòu)可能出現(xiàn)注塑不完整,通過(guò)模流分析驗(yàn)證注塑流體可以充滿型腔,符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),使用EMX對(duì)模具整體設(shè)計(jì)。分析型腔的加工工藝,在Master cam 9.0中完成刀具路徑設(shè)定,確定數(shù)控加工代碼,通過(guò)仿真加工確定是否滿足加工要求。
通過(guò)使用模具設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用軟件,使模具設(shè)計(jì)效率大大提高,完全符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。

Abstract: This topic is to design the toy automobile mold and the simulation processing of the mold cavity. In the design process, Pro/E Wildfire 2.0 were used to construct carries on the three dimensional modeling, design demould the plane and analyse mold flows, the EMX 4.1 modules were used to carry on the mold overall design, Master cam 9.0 were used to carry on the mold cavity simulation processing.
This mold according as the injection molding machine model and the efficient deterministic cavity which assigns based on the factory is four cavities ; Considered in the mold takes shape the position and the precision and so on the various many kinds of factors influence, a selection divided profile is modeling a bottom surface; In order to cause to model to be able the fast uniform cooling, cools the flow channel arrangement for to surround the type; In order to cause to inlay the block structure not to occur divulges, use negative pressure cooling water system; Uses a balance -like divided flow channel, the side runner, at the same time the causing cavity obtains even fills and takes shape; prop up the organization is the product taking off patterns installment, go on the basis models a structure to use 12 mandril ; Because models are the thin-wall construction possibly appears casts not completely, get across flows the analysis confirmation the mold to cast the fluid to be possible the filling cavity, conforms to the design requirement. According to the design variable, uses EMX for the mold overall design. The analysis cavity processing technics, completes the cutting tool way hypothesis in Master cam 9.0, the definite numerical control processing code, through the simulation processing determined whether satisfies the processing request.
Through the use mold design application software, makes the mold rated capacity to enhance greatly, conforms to the design requirement completely.
