曲軸銑端面打中心孔機床總體設計及夾具設計
摘 要：應用組合機床大批大量生產零件，快捷高效，生產效率是機械加工的發(fā)展方向。為了提高加工精度，需要設計一臺組合機床來改善曲軸的加工情況。本課題是曲軸銑端面打中心孔組合機床的總體設計及夾具設計。主要完成對曲軸左右兩個端面的銑削及中心孔的鉆削，還要完成其專用夾具的設計。本設計的組合機床為臥式雙面銑削和鉆削組合機床，先對被加工零件特點進行分析，選擇采用刀具和工件分別安裝在各自滑臺上的方法，先銑后鉆。在確定了機床配置型式的基礎上，根據本道工序需要加工的內容，完成三圖一卡的設計。夾具部分的設計主要是定位和夾緊方式的選擇，以零件加工工序圖為基礎，該零件由兩V形塊在兩主軸頸處定位，限制四個自由度，為防止工件的軸向移動，用一個定位釘在扇形板左端面處定位。夾緊方式采用液壓夾緊,力源裝置為液壓缸,中間遞力機構為推桿,夾緊元件為壓板。操作簡單,易于集中控制,夾緊可靠。
