泥漿離心式氣-液分離器設計

[ 摘 要 ] 平衡鉆井技術有利于防止鉆井液漏失、能及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和保護油氣層,并能 提高機械鉆速等。當氣侵后的鉆井液中的小氣泡特別多,對于切力和粘度較高的鉆井液,在不采取除氣措施情況下,氣泡可能無法浮到表面而破裂,或需要較長的駐留時間才能分離。鑒于這種現(xiàn)狀,設計了一臺應用于次級脫氣的離心式氣液分離器。離心式氣液分離器是一種帶有水平切向入口及氣體、液體出口的垂直管。它依靠離心力實現(xiàn)氣、液兩相分離,與傳統(tǒng)的重力式分離器相比,具有結構緊湊、重量輕、投資節(jié)省成本等優(yōu)點,是代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)容積式分離器的新型分離裝置。在氣液兩相旋流分析的基礎上,建立了預測分離性能的機理模型,該模型包括了入口分離模型、旋渦模型、氣泡及液滴軌跡模型;依據(jù)機理模型,提出了離心式氣液分離器工藝設計技術指標和工藝步驟.設計根據(jù)離心式分離器的機理模型以及設計工況,完成了強度分析、理論校核、焊接工藝設計以及分離器內(nèi)氣液兩相流的數(shù)值模擬,為工程設計和理論設計提供一定的理論依據(jù)。

[Abstract] The balanced well drilling technology is advantageous in preventing loss of circulation, can promptly discover and protect hydrocarbon zone ,also can enhance the penetration rate. When the drilling fluid gas in the small bubbles is particularly.For shear and high viscosity fluids, in addition to gas measures are not taken the case, the bubbles float to the surface may not be broken, or require a longer dwell time can be separated. In view of the situation,I designed a Centrifugal gas-liquid separator independently for secondary degassing. The Centrifugal gas-liquid separator is one kind has the horizontal entrance and the gas, the liquid exportation hangs the ascending pipe. It relies on centrifugal force to achieve gas-liquid two-phase separation, with the traditional gravity-type separator, compared with a compact, light weight, cost-saving advantages of investing is to replace the traditional volume-type separator new separation devices. In the analysis of gas-liquid two-phase swirling established on the basis of the predicted separation performance of the mechanism model, which includes the entrance separation model, the vortex model, the bubble and droplet trajectory model; based mechanism model proposed centrifugal gas-liquid separator device process design specifications and process steps. designed to string-type cyclone separator according to the mechanism model and the design conditions, completed the strength analysis, theory checking, welding process design as well as the separator Numerical simulation of gas-liquid flow , for engineering design and design theory, provide some theoretical basis.
