摘 要
本設(shè)計題目為端蓋產(chǎn)品的模具設(shè)計，系統(tǒng)的介紹了沖壓件的工藝及模具結(jié)構(gòu)對制件的影響，模具工作零件和總裝結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計。介紹了端蓋產(chǎn)品的沖壓設(shè)計時應(yīng)當(dāng)注意的問題，并且考慮了模具的安裝與調(diào)試對零件精度的影響。從控制制件的尺寸精度出發(fā)，對工作零件的主要的尺寸進(jìn)行了理論計算，并用CAD軟件進(jìn)行各重要零件的設(shè)計。
通過對該模具的設(shè)計，進(jìn)一步加強了設(shè)計者的沖壓模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，為以后的復(fù)雜的設(shè)計打下了基礎(chǔ)與吸取更深刻的經(jīng)驗。
