復(fù)擺腭式破碎機設(shè)計

摘要：腭式破碎機在工礦企業(yè)被廣泛的應(yīng)用，這是因為該機構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、機型齊全并已大型化。腭式破碎機經(jīng)過100多年的實踐和不斷改進，其機構(gòu)已日臻完善。雖然腭式破碎機算的上比較老的機型了，但是隨著社會的發(fā)展需求破碎的要求不斷提高，對產(chǎn)品和產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量也大大的提高了，破碎機的機型已經(jīng)發(fā)展到很多種了。
本文主要是對復(fù)擺腭式破碎機設(shè)計研究。復(fù)擺腭式破碎機是因為其動腭在其它機件的帶動下作復(fù)雜的一般平面運動而得名，其動腭上的軌跡一般為封閉曲線。復(fù)擺破碎機由于偏心軸負(fù)荷大一般制成中型和小型的，其破碎比可達10。隨著工業(yè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和要求，復(fù)擺腭式破碎機已經(jīng)向大型化發(fā)展。復(fù)擺腭式破碎機在工作時偏心軸作逆時針旋轉(zhuǎn)，對所裝入的物料有向下退并夾持作用。該機型垂直擺幅下大上小，有利于出料口處動腭將成品推出。由于整塊動腭作復(fù)雜運動因此對物料塊不但起擠壓、劈裂、彎折作用，還能起碾搓作用，故可破碎稍微粘濕的物料。采用正支撐復(fù)擺腭式破碎機，動腭下部的特性值m很大，使得動腭和定腭的襯板磨損很快，但卻具有較高的生產(chǎn)能力。由實際生產(chǎn)說明，正支撐式腭式破碎機的結(jié)構(gòu)形式具有動腭軌跡分布合理、生產(chǎn)能力高、結(jié)構(gòu)更簡單等優(yōu)點，使其得到廣泛應(yīng)用。
