摘 要
本次設(shè)計介紹了二硫化碳尾氣處理系統(tǒng)的工藝設(shè)計。它包括總工藝流程設(shè)計,冷凝器的設(shè)計及校核,計量罐的設(shè)計及校核。
冷凝器的設(shè)計是本次設(shè)計的重點。根據(jù)實際情況最終確定選用應(yīng)用最為廣泛的間壁式換熱設(shè)備為此次所需冷凝器。它的設(shè)計步驟為先進行傳熱計算,然后進行冷凝器的尺寸計算,最后進行強度計算和校核。設(shè)計前的熱力計算是本次設(shè)計的難點與重點。由于冷凝的介質(zhì)中含有不凝性氣體,所以加大了熱力學(xué)傳熱計算這部分的計算難度。冷凝器的設(shè)計包括冷凝器上的筒體、封頭、管箱、管板、換熱管、折流板、拉桿、接管、開孔補強、支座、法蘭等的設(shè)計、計算與核算。
計量罐的設(shè)計包括筒體、封頭、接管、開口補強、液面計及支座的設(shè)計和校核,是本次設(shè)計的一個重要組成部分。

Abstract
