上的吊耳并用導(dǎo)鏈調(diào)節(jié),直至4 塊外邊板整圈閉合;(3) 吊裝下極2 塊極中邊板,由于與外邊板三邊相鄰,吊裝組對(duì)時(shí)可直接鎖緊三段焊縫間的龍門卡具而不須掛設(shè)內(nèi)部拖拉繩。因帶人孔的板中頂板暫不吊裝,下極2 塊極中邊板可在球罐基礎(chǔ)圓底部選擇2~3 個(gè)支點(diǎn)進(jìn)行支撐;(4) 為保證球罐焊接時(shí)的罐內(nèi)通風(fēng)及機(jī)具設(shè)備進(jìn)出方便,帶人孔的下極頂板可在球罐三大帶和上極焊縫全部焊完后進(jìn)行吊裝。此時(shí)出于經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的考慮,在拆除內(nèi)部腳手架后, 可利用上極作支撐面,掛設(shè)鋼絲繩、手拉導(dǎo)鏈(一般四組對(duì)稱布置) ,將下極頂板逐步提升到位。
上溫帶的組裝:組裝前將原有腳手架往上搭設(shè)至上溫帶環(huán)縫處,在基礎(chǔ)圓外地面上固定好錨繩,在上溫帶殼板上焊好吊耳。除環(huán)縫處有鋼管腳手架外, 縱縫組對(duì)時(shí)應(yīng)在外側(cè)搭設(shè)臨時(shí)爬梯(因不具備鋼管腳手架條件) 。上溫帶組裝順序與下溫帶的組裝類似。
