槳葉式攪拌機的設(shè)計
摘要：為了提高加工效率，本課題設(shè)計了一種出料粒度為15～20mm的槳葉式攪拌機，根據(jù)要求設(shè)計了錘擊部分和反擊部分。 物料由進料口進入破碎腔，經(jīng)過錘頭的沖擊、剪切、劈碎、折斷，實現(xiàn)物料的中碎；錘擊的物料沖擊到安裝在破碎腔內(nèi)的反擊板上，又經(jīng)過物料與反擊板、物料與物料的互相沖擊,從而實現(xiàn)了物料的細碎。本機融合了錘式攪拌機、反擊式攪拌機與槳葉式攪拌機的優(yōu)點,降低了生料和熟料的入磨粒度，較好地達到了設(shè)計要求。

The material by enters the broken cavity, after the hammer head impact, cuts, chops into pieces, breaks off, the realization material center is garrulous; Hammers the material attacks installs in the broken cavity on the counter-attack board, also passes through the material and the counter-attack board, the material and the material mutual impact, thus has realized the material fragmentation. This machine fused the hammer type breaker, the counter-attack type breaker and the vertical spindle type breaker merit, reduced the crude material and the chamotte enters rubs the granularity, has met the design requirements well.
