摘要 隨著科學技術的不斷發(fā)展，農(nóng)業(yè)機械化技術也發(fā)展到了一個新的水平；隨著農(nóng)業(yè)機械化技術的發(fā)展和人們生活水平的提高，水果榨汁機的改進成為目前消費者關心的熱點問題。本文介紹了榨汁機的研究意義、榨汁機的研究現(xiàn)狀，分析了榨汁機的發(fā)展前景，詳細講述了離心式榨汁機的工作原理。這次和同組人員一起設計的離心式榨汁機能夠更獨特地更好地滿足消費者的意愿，本著簡單、方便、實用為原則一切從消費者的利益出發(fā)。而且，該榨汁機祛除了以前榨汁機出汁率底、果汁不清的弊端。單相串激式電動機充分體現(xiàn)了自動化、高效化、小型化、簡單化、環(huán)保化等特點。
最后，我相信我們所設計的這臺集專業(yè)化、智能化，自動化、，高效化、小型化、簡單化、環(huán)保化、安全性為一體的榨汁機能夠早日走進消費者的家庭。

The Mechanical Design of Centrifugal Juice Extractor
Abstract
With the development of science and technology, the agriculture mechanical technology has developed to a new level; With the development and improvement of agriculture mechanical technology and people’s living standard, the improvement of centrifugal juice extractor has become the consumer’s hot topic nowadays.This article introduced the research significance of centrifugal juice extractor, and the present research, also analyzed the development prospects of this machine, and narrated the work principle of the centrifugal extractor, also narrated the design process of single-phase series excitation type electric motor in double centrifugal extractor in detail. The centrifugal juice extractor, which was designed by my partners and I can satisfy our consumer’s demand uniquely and well, based on the principle of simple, convenient, practical and all for the consumer's benefit. Moreover, this machine get ride of the previous problem that is low juice rate, and unclear juice malpractice. The single-phase series excitation type electric motor fully manifested the automation, high efficiency, miniaturization, simplification, and the environmental protection.
Finally, I believed that this machine we designed which has the character of collection specialization, intellectualization, automation, high efficiency, miniaturization, simplification, environmental protection, and the security would be able to enter consumer's family soon.
