摘要:由于模具工業(yè)的重要性,模具成型工藝在各個工業(yè)部門得到了廣泛的應用,使得模具行業(yè)的產值已經大大超過機床刀具工業(yè)的產值.這一情況充分說明在國民經濟蓬勃發(fā)展的過程中,在各個工業(yè)發(fā)達國家對世界市場進行激烈的爭奪中,越多越多地采用模具來進行生產,模具工業(yè)明顯地成為技術 經濟和國力發(fā)展的關鍵.
因此,要使國民經濟各個部門獲得高速發(fā)展,加速實現(xiàn)社會主義四個現(xiàn)代化,就必須盡快將模具工業(yè)搞上去,使模具生產形成一個獨立的工業(yè)部門,從而充分發(fā)揮模具工業(yè)在國民經濟中的關鍵的作用.
本論文闡述的是拉手卡子零件沖壓模具設計,沖壓模具主要包括沖裁模具、彎曲模具、拉深模具、多工位級進模、簡易沖模等。本課題的主要任務是完成拉手卡子落料沖孔復合模及彎曲模的設計,具有非?,F(xiàn)實的設計意義。復合模是在壓力機的一次行程中,在同一工位上完成兩道或兩道以上的沖壓工序。復合模的結構緊湊,沖出來的精度高,適合大批量的生產,但復合模的結構復雜,制造相對困難。
本設計拉手卡子零件沖壓模具,凸凹模安裝在模具下模座上。倒裝復合模廢料清理無須二次清理,操作方便安全,生產效率較高。復合模與彎曲模的設計過程大致相似,復合模較彎曲模結構更為復雜。設計上主要是對凸模、凹模和凸凹模的設計,其中主要是其工作部分的尺寸設計,以保證制件的精度和質量要求。

Abstract: as the importance in the industry of the mould , the shaping craft of the mould is widely used in each industrial department, which makes the output value of the mould trade already exceed the output value of the industry of the lathe and cutter greatly. This situation is fully explained while national economy is vigorous, carry on the world market in fierce contention in each industrially developed country, more and more will adopt mould produce, mould obviously become the key of technological, economy and, national power of development with industry.
So, to make each department of national economy win high-speed development , realize the sociality Four Modernizations with higher speed, it must develop the industry of the mould as soon as possible , make the mould production form an independent industrial department, thus give full play to the key function in national economy of industry .
What this paper explained is pressing craft analysis and mold design of an automobile ear slice, press mould mainly including blanking mould , crooked mould , draw dark mould , many worker location grade enter mould , simple and easy trimming die ,etc. What this text explains is mainly about a slice of blanking of automobile ear washes hole complex model and crooked model design, which have very realistic design meanings. The complex mould finishes two or two processes of pressing of the above on the same worker's location in a journey of the press. The structure of the complex mould is compact, the precision washed out is high, suitable for the production in enormous quantities, especially hole and concentricity of making appearance of one are apt to guarantee , but the structure of the complex mould is complicated, make relative difficulty.
Originally design the slice of automobile ear complex mould of hole adopt the structure of inverting, protruding concave mould installs it on the mould seat of the mould. Inverting the complex mould waste material needn't clear up twice, easy to operate and safe and the production efficiency are relatively high. The design process of complex mould and crooked mould is roughly similar; while the complex mould is more complicated. It is mainly to protruding mould, concave mould and the protruding concave model's design, among them that it is mainly design some size of work, so as to ensure the precision and quality requirement.
