摘 要
機(jī)械制造是將制造資源通過制造過程轉(zhuǎn)化為可供人們使用與利用的工業(yè)品和生活消費(fèi)品的行業(yè)。機(jī)械制造業(yè)就是制造具有一定形狀和尺寸的零件或產(chǎn)品,并把它們裝配成機(jī)械裝備的行業(yè)。機(jī)械制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)品既可以直接供人們使用,也可以為其他行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)提供裝備,這些行業(yè)的產(chǎn)品再被人們所使用。
隨著電子技術(shù)、信息技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,有力的推動(dòng)了機(jī)械制造技術(shù)的發(fā)展。同時(shí),由于金屬零件的無屑和切削加工利用了材料技術(shù)和過程控制技術(shù)的最新成就,使加工方法進(jìn)一步合理。數(shù)控技術(shù)的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用使得機(jī)床、工業(yè)機(jī)器人為代表的機(jī)械制造裝備的結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了一系列的變化。數(shù)控技術(shù)是集計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)、測(cè)試技術(shù)和機(jī)械制造技術(shù)為一體的綜合性高新技術(shù),它將機(jī)械裝備的功能、可靠性、效率、質(zhì)量及自動(dòng)化程度等提高到一個(gè)新的水平。
本文以連接座零件的制造過程為基礎(chǔ),以闡明數(shù)控技術(shù)的基本知識(shí)和基本理論為重點(diǎn),突出機(jī)床夾具設(shè)計(jì)為關(guān)鍵。在零件的制造過程中夾具是必不可少的部分,在機(jī)械制造的切削加工、檢驗(yàn)、焊接和熱處理等工藝過程中,要使用大量的夾具來安裝加工對(duì)象,使其占有正確的位置,以保證零件和產(chǎn)品的加工質(zhì)量,并提高生產(chǎn)率,以從而提高經(jīng)濟(jì)性。在設(shè)計(jì)過程靈活運(yùn)用CAD/CAM技術(shù),計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)與制造(CAD/CAM)是工業(yè)自動(dòng)化向智能化發(fā)展中的另一關(guān)鍵性技術(shù)。
在設(shè)計(jì)過程中首先對(duì)零件的加工過程進(jìn)行了整體的工藝分析,按其要求對(duì)零件的數(shù)控工藝部分進(jìn)行了分析與編程;對(duì)零件加工工作所需要的重要數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算與記錄;對(duì)零件指定工序夾具進(jìn)行了分析和設(shè)計(jì)。重點(diǎn)分析了夾具的設(shè)計(jì)過程,在裝夾夾具所需要的注意的問題。最后繪制出夾具裝配圖以說明夾具在此工序中的作用。

The mechanical manufacturing industry is the manufacture has the certain shape and the size components or the product, and assembles the profession them which the machinery equips. The mechanical manufacturing industry product already may directly use for the people, also may provide the equipment for other professions productions, these profession are used again by the people.
computer technology high speed development, powerful impetus machine manufacture technology development. At the same time, because the metal parts non- filings and the machining has used the material technology and the process control technology newest achievement causes the processing method to be further reasonable. The numerical control technology development and the application enabled the engine bed, the industry machine person the structure which equipped present machine manufacture to have a series of changes. The numerical control technology is the collection computer technology the automatic control technology, the test technology and the machine manufacture technology is a body comprehensive high-tech, it the function, the reliability, the efficiency, the quality and the auto mati city which equips the machinery and so on enhance to a new level.
This article take connects the place components the manufacture process as a foundation, expounded the numerical control technology elementary knowledge and the elementary theory are a key point, the prominent engine bed jig design is a key. In the components manufacture process the jig is the essential part, in technological process and so on the machine manufacture machining, examination welding and heat treatment, must use the massive jigs to install the processing object, enable it to hold the correct position, guaranteed the components and the product processing quality, and enhances the productivity, to thus enhances the efficiency. Nimbly utilizes the CAD/CAM technology in the design process, the computer-aided design and makes (CAD/CAM) is the industrial automation to the intellectualized development in another crucial technology.
First has carried on the whole craft analysis in the design process to the components processing process, has partially carried on the analysis and the programming according to its request to the components numerical control craft; The important data needs which to the components processing work has carried on the computation and the record; Assigned the working procedure jig to the components to carryon the analysis and the design.Finally draws up the jig assembly drawing to explain the jig in this working procedure function.
