摘 要
本文主要介紹ZH1105柴油機氣缸體三面攻螺紋組合機機床的設計。因為工藝方案在很大程度上決定組合機床的結(jié)構(gòu)配置和實用性能。因此應根據(jù)被加工工件的特點，按組合機床常用的設計方法、充分考慮各種影響因素，并分析后擬訂出可靠的工藝方案。在設計多軸箱時,根據(jù)加工工序圖確定所需設計的組合機床上完成的工藝內(nèi)容，加工部位的尺寸、精度、表面粗糙度及技術(shù)要求，加工用的定位基準、壓緊部位以及被加工零件的材料、硬度和在本機床加工前的加工余量。認真分析研究并確定設計方案，計算所需的功率，設計出適合加工本工序的組合機床。
