摘 要
在四年的大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)中,老師教會(huì)我們學(xué)會(huì)混多關(guān)于機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)及加工方面的知識(shí),使我們?cè)谶@大學(xué)四年中讓我們的思維方式和思考方式有了極大的改變,為我們將來(lái)工作做了餓很多鋪墊,很快四年轉(zhuǎn)瞬既逝,畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)就成為我們這四年當(dāng)中最后的考試,也是檢驗(yàn)我們所學(xué)的知道的一個(gè)很好的環(huán)節(jié)。讓我們自己獨(dú)立發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題并通過(guò)查資料來(lái)解決,以適應(yīng)現(xiàn)告訴發(fā)展的社會(huì)。
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)所實(shí)涉及 查閱機(jī)械工藝手冊(cè)、夾具設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)等資料,對(duì)工藝設(shè)計(jì)及夾具的設(shè)計(jì)有了全面的了解。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中遇到了很多問(wèn)題,如編排工藝中粗基準(zhǔn)和精基準(zhǔn)的選擇,粗基準(zhǔn)選擇工件側(cè)面,精基準(zhǔn)選擇工件底座面,最后選擇先定基準(zhǔn)面,選擇一個(gè)人為輔助基準(zhǔn)面為參考,原因裝卸方便、定位準(zhǔn)確。
經(jīng)過(guò)近3個(gè)月的努力和老師、同學(xué)的幫助,我基本上完成了設(shè)計(jì)要求。由于自身知識(shí)和能力有限,還存在不少不足之處,懇請(qǐng)各位老師給予指正。
