摘 要:Pro/ENGINEER及MasterCAM是當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外模具設(shè)計(jì)與數(shù)控加工領(lǐng)域中使用最為廣泛的CAD/CAM軟件。二者的功能各有優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),聯(lián)合應(yīng)用可提高模具設(shè)計(jì)及其數(shù)控加工的質(zhì)量和效率。本論文闡述了用Pro/ENGINEER軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)碼相機(jī)面殼的模具設(shè)計(jì),然后將圖形數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換到MasterCAM軟件中進(jìn)行數(shù)控編程的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,并利用MasterCAM軟件生成數(shù)控加工代碼并輸送到加工中心或數(shù)控銑床進(jìn)行加工的方法和主要工藝。通過此次注塑模的設(shè)計(jì),掌握了相關(guān)模具設(shè)計(jì)的主要步驟,對于CAD/CAM軟件應(yīng)用方面有了進(jìn)一步的提高。

Abstract:Pro/ENGINEER and MasterCAM are widely used in domestic and international moulds design and NC machining in the CAD/CAM realm . The combined application of these two softwares can improve molds design and its NC machining's quality and efficiency. This paper expatiates the method and main techniques to proceed the molds design of the Digital camera cover-panel with the Pro/ENGINEER software, then convert the graphics data to MasterCAM software to proceed the NC programme, and apply the MasterCAM software to create the NC machining code and transport it to the control system of the NC machining center or the NC milling machine for processing.Through design the jet mould, I has grasped the main step of the correlation mold designs, and also has the further enhancement on the CAD/CAM software application.
