摘 要
該設(shè)計(jì)的對稱傳動剪板機(jī)，其沖剪力為10噸，滑塊的行程為22mm，每分鐘剪切30次。由電動機(jī)提供動力，經(jīng)過一級帶傳動和一級齒輪傳動減速。設(shè)計(jì)中采用的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)為對心曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)，這一機(jī)構(gòu)將剪板機(jī)傳動系統(tǒng)的旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榛瑝K的往復(fù)直線運(yùn)動，實(shí)現(xiàn)對板料的剪切。曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、加工容易、維修方便、經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，在機(jī)械設(shè)備中應(yīng)用廣泛。本設(shè)計(jì)中，通過對平面曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)的數(shù)學(xué)建模，用Turbor C編程，輸入曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)的機(jī)構(gòu)參數(shù)和運(yùn)功參數(shù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)對整個機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動過程的仿真。
