ZS900 注塑機設計1摘 要在成型加工中,注塑占有占有重要位置,其設備就是注塑機。本文著手設計一款注塑量為 180g 合模力為 900KN 的注塑機。本文首先簡要介紹了注塑機行業(yè)的發(fā)展情況和今后的發(fā)展方向,接著通過查閱資料分析國內(nèi)外注塑機特點,最終選定設計方案為臥式雙缸液壓馬達直接驅(qū)動的往復螺桿式注塑機,其合模、移座及頂出均通過液壓缸實現(xiàn),屬于全液壓式注塑機。設計的內(nèi)容包括對注塑部件的設計包括螺桿、料筒、噴嘴、料斗等,合模部件設計、液壓系統(tǒng)設計等等。最后使用 CAD 軟件繪制注塑機和注射裝置的裝配圖,并且選出典型零件畫出零件圖。關鍵詞: 注塑機,注射,合模,油缸AbstractIn the molding process, injection occupies an important place, their equipment is the injection molding machine. This paper set out to design an injection volume of 180g of 900KN clamping force injection molding machine. This article briefly describes the development and the future direction of the injection molding machine industry, followed by access to data analysis features of the injection molding machine at home and abroad, the final selection of the design is a horizontal cylinder hydraulic motor direct drive reciprocating screw injection molding machine, which mold, ejector seats and were moved by hydraulic cylinders to achieve, are fully hydraulic injection molding machine. Design elements include injection molded parts design includes screw, barrel, nozzle, hopper, mold component design, hydraulic system design, and so on.
