I摘 要本設計為規(guī)格 反擊式破碎機的設計,主要研究內(nèi)容:轉(zhuǎn)子的機構(gòu)設計;701??板錘的結(jié)構(gòu)設計;板錘的固定方法。本設計由轉(zhuǎn)子型號入手,參考 PF1007 反擊式破碎機的相關參數(shù),初步確定轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)速,從而確定線速度、板錘大小、數(shù)量等相關數(shù)據(jù)。在保證生產(chǎn)率和破碎粒度的前提下完成總體結(jié)構(gòu)的設計,然后根據(jù)總體結(jié)構(gòu),從而確定本設計的破碎機各個主要零部件的設計。在主要零部件的設計中,主要包括帶輪的設計計算、軸的結(jié)構(gòu)設計、軸承的選擇、轉(zhuǎn)子部件的設計計算、板錘的結(jié)構(gòu)和固定、破碎腔的設計和反擊裝置的設計計算等,其中最重要的就是轉(zhuǎn)子部件的設計和板錘的設計及固定方法。為了增加轉(zhuǎn)子的剛度,轉(zhuǎn)子體采用 ZG340 材料,并整體鑄造。板錘采用螺栓固定,并使用新型材質(zhì)以提高其的耐磨性和利用率。最后介紹了反擊式破碎機的安裝、檢修與保養(yǎng),這對提高其使用壽命至關重要。本設計整體在 PF1007 型號的反擊式破碎機基礎上更進一步提高了其破碎性能,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、重量輕、外形尺寸小、設備費用低、運轉(zhuǎn)安全、操作方便、便于維修和管理。關鍵詞:反擊式破碎機,研究內(nèi)容,結(jié)構(gòu),計算 IICRUSHER ROTOR DESIGNABSTRACTThe specification of the design is impact crusher design, and it mainly 701??contents: the institutional design of the rotor; plate hammer structural design; plate fixation hammer. The design starts from the specifications of the rotor, and it references the relevant parameters of PF1007 crusher. Initially it sets the rotor speed, so that I can design the board hammer size, number and other relevant data with the rotor speed. Productivity and size of the crushed materials should be ensured before the overall structure of the design finished, according to the whole structure, I could determine the design of all the major components of the design . The design of the main components includes pulley design calculation, the structural design of shaft, bearing selection, design and calculation of the rotor components, board structure and a fixed hammer, crushing chamber design and the design of computing counter devices and so on. One of the most important part is the rotor design and board design and the fixed method of hammer. In order to increase the stiffness of the rotor, the rotor body is combined with ZG340 material, and it casts with the whole body. Board hammer is fixed with bolts, and use of new materials could enhance their wear resistance and utilization. Finally, I illustrate the installation, repair and maintenance of impact crusher, which is essential to improve their life. The overall design further improves its crush performance which is based on the impact crusher of the PF1007 model. Moreover, it exits advantages such as simple structure, light IIIweight, small dimensions, low cost of equipment, operation safety, convenient operation, easy maintenance and management .KEY
