摘 要
本論文的內(nèi)容是支撐掩護式液壓支架的總體設計。論文主要闡述了一般支撐掩護式液壓支架的設計過程。設計內(nèi)容包括:選架型、總體設計、主要零部件的設計、主要零部件的校核和液壓系統(tǒng)的設計。
支撐掩護式液壓支架結合了垛式液壓支架和掩護式液壓支架的特點。所以,支撐掩護式液壓支架具有以上兩者所具有的優(yōu)點。
液壓支架作為回采工作面的一種支護設備,液壓支架在工作過程中能否取得良好的支護效果,取決于支架的架型,結構和相關參數(shù)。首先,通過作圖確定支架的四連桿機構各桿系的長度;然后,以力學模型為依據(jù),分析了液壓支架的頂梁、掩護梁上載荷的作用機理,得到了較為合理的支架載荷的計算公式;其次,結合設計的支架,從平面和空間兩方面對支架主要結構件進行受力分析;最后對支架主要結構件、連接銷軸進行強度校核,并畫出所有的機械圖。

ABSTRACT
The content of my paper is the overall design of support-sheild Hydraulic support. This paper mainly expounds the design process of the general support-sheild hydraulic support . What contents of this design include: choose the type, overall design, the design of the mainly parts, the checking of the mainly parts and the design of the Hydraulic system .
The support-shield combines the features of the support and the shields. So it possesses the advantages of both.
As the equipment of support and protection in the mine,whether the hydraulic support works well bases on its support type, structure and relevant parameters.Firstly, the length of every pole of the leading four-bar mechanism are determined by painting, secondly, basing on the mechanic model , the reasonable computational formula of the support load is decided by analysing the mechanism of the top-beam and the load on shield-beam. Thirdly, with the of design of hydraulic support, the main mechanics of hydraulic support is analyzed and calculated by plane and spatial model. Finally, the maily structure and the connection pin shaft are checked by calculation. And draw out all the process drawings.
