摘 要
本課題主要是進(jìn)行輥道減速器箱體零件的工藝規(guī)程編制及專用夾具的設(shè)計(jì)，可以對我們之前學(xué)過的知識
有一定的運(yùn)用和掌握。
本文主要包括工藝規(guī)程的制定與夾具的設(shè)計(jì)兩方面。具體內(nèi)容有：確定生產(chǎn)類型，對零件進(jìn)行工藝分析；
選擇毛坯種類及制造方法；擬訂零件的機(jī)械加工工藝過程，選擇各工序加工設(shè)備及工藝裝備，確定各工序切削
用量及工序尺寸；工藝過程卡片、工序卡片；在夾具設(shè)計(jì)方面，主要包括鏜床夾具類型的選擇，擬訂方案的確
定,夾具的分析與計(jì)算，公差配合。

Abstract
This project is primarily for roller gearcase process planning and special
fixture design, allows us to use the knowledge we have learned and mastered it.
This article consists of process planning and fixture design development of
both. Specific content includes : to determine the type of production ,
components for process analysis of parts, choose the type and method of
manufacture the blank; developed parts machining process, choice each procedure
of processing equipment and process technology equipment, determine each
procedure of the amount of cutting and their size; process cards, processes
card; In fixture design, mainly includes the choice of the type of the fixture
for boring machine, to determine the scheme, analysis and calculation of
fixture, and common difference coordination.
