摘要
煤炭是當今重要的能源之一,在國民經(jīng)濟中占有舉足輕重的地位。采煤機械的設計與新產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)綜合機械化開采是當今發(fā)展的必然趨勢。采煤機作為綜采的主要機械設備,其技術的先進性與可靠性將直接影響煤礦的生產(chǎn)效率。
本文以大功率電牽引采煤機為研究對象,結合MG1000/2500-WD型采煤機的部分機械結構和技術參數(shù),基于理論分析的研究方法,通過查閱相關書籍和參考文獻,對比和分析目前廣泛使用的采煤機機型特點,對采煤機的截割部和液壓系統(tǒng)進行設計和計算。
以雙滾筒采煤機的關鍵機械結構——截割部作為機械部分的主要研究對象,基于采煤機螺旋滾筒成形的設計理論,依據(jù)本研究對象的使用條件和工作環(huán)境,設計計算采煤機螺旋滾筒的主要結構參數(shù)。根據(jù)研究對象動力系統(tǒng)橫向布置的特征,分析現(xiàn)有設備的截割部傳動形式,設計本采煤機的截割部傳動系統(tǒng)。
以采煤機截割部的設計為基礎,依據(jù)已知的整機結構和運動參數(shù),結合采煤機的工作環(huán)境和使用條件,對采煤機搖臂調(diào)高系統(tǒng)的工況進行詳細分析,對采煤機整機、破碎機調(diào)高和擋矸支護等部分的工況進行簡要分析。結合工況分析的結論,對比現(xiàn)有采煤機液壓系統(tǒng)的特點和優(yōu)勢,設計和計算本采煤機液壓系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)和形式,并對設計結果進行驗算,得到合理的設計結果。

Abstract
Coal is one of today's major energy and occupies a pivotal position in the national economy. Achieve comprehensive mechanized mining by designing of mining machinery and developing new products is the inevitable trend of development. Shearer as the main machinery and equipment of the mechanized mining will directly affect the efficiency of coal production for advanced nature and reliability of the technology.
Study on high-power electric haulage shearers in the paper. Both part of the mechanical structure and technical specifications of MG1000/2500-WD Shearer is considered. By research methods of theoretical analysis and instructor guidance and accessing to relevant books and references, comparing and analysising the feathures of the shearer that is extensive used today. Designed and calculated the shearer cutting unit and hydraulic system .
The key mechanical structure of double drum shearer is cutting unit as the main object of study of the mechanical parts. Based on design theory shaped of spiral drum shearer , the working environment and conditions of use on the study. designing and calculating parameters of the main structure of shearer spiral drum. According to the characteristics of?power system that transverse layout of research object, analysising the drive form cutting unit of existing equipment. Designing the driving system of the cutting unit.
Based on the design of cutting unit and the whole structure and motion parameters that is known, combining the working environment and conditions of use, analysising the condi- tions of the shearer rocker arm adjusting system indetail and the condition of the whole machine, crusher raised and blocking gangue support such as part in brief. Combining with the analysis of the working condition. Characteristics and advantages of the existing hydraulic system of Shearer is compared. Designing and calcultting parameters and form of the shearer hydraulic system. And calculating the results of design, get a reasonable design result.
