HKD640微型客車設計(前橋、前懸架與轉向系設計)
摘 要
本次設計中我的設計任務微型客車的前橋、前懸架與轉向系設計。由于本車前橋采用了麥弗遜式獨立懸架,所以前橋采用與之相配合的斷開式車橋,屬于轉向驅動橋。前懸架有獨立懸架與非獨立懸架之分,本車前懸架采用了麥弗遜式獨立懸架,其優(yōu)點是增加懸架了兩前輪內測的空間,便于發(fā)動機和起一些不簡單布置。主要對懸架的性能參數(shù)進行確定,對彈性元件進行了計算,并選擇了合適的減振器。通過對懸架主要參數(shù)的設計與計算,從而保證本車的行駛平順性與減震性能。汽車轉向系的設計主要包括了轉向前橋設計,轉向器選擇的是循環(huán)球式轉向器,并通過計算使之符合設計要求,并對專項題型進行計算,并通過優(yōu)化使之接近理想狀態(tài)。為保障整車性能,在設計時盡量對前橋和轉向系進行優(yōu)化。
設計中,主要通過查看實際車輛,總結課本知識,翻閱有關汽車方面的文章來研究前橋、前懸架和轉向系,并驗算了有關零部件的結構強度和剛度。最后進行了設計總結。
