摘要:本文中概述了帶式輸送機(jī)的應(yīng)用范圍,分析了其工作原理和主要性能。對(duì)帶式輸送機(jī)的各個(gè)組成部件進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析和選用。在設(shè)計(jì)中對(duì)輸送機(jī)的主要部件進(jìn)行了受力計(jì)算。并用Solidworks對(duì)連接軸進(jìn)行有限元分析,使其強(qiáng)度達(dá)到要求。其后還對(duì)輸送機(jī)的主要部件的作了壽命分析。
本文所設(shè)計(jì)的是槽形托輥帶式輸送機(jī),其設(shè)計(jì)要求為:輸送物料為原煤,輸送量:80 噸/小時(shí),輸送長(zhǎng)度:30 米,提升高度2米;堆積密度:900公斤/米3;物料在帶面上的動(dòng)堆積角為,輸送帶速:1.2米/秒,上托輥槽形布置。設(shè)計(jì)中,其整體是一個(gè)傾斜的狀態(tài),上托輥都采用槽形布置;下(回程)托輥采用平行托輥。本輸送機(jī)為向下運(yùn)輸物料,其傾斜角為3.80<150,所以采用小傾角設(shè)計(jì)。在設(shè)計(jì)帶寬時(shí),按照槽形布置來(lái)選擇計(jì)算。在尾架的選取方面,采用螺旋拉緊裝置尾架,使輸送帶能始終保持必要的張力。用Solidworks對(duì)連接軸進(jìn)行有限元分析,得出其一般工作時(shí)的性能狀態(tài),并做出相應(yīng)的調(diào)整。

Abstract: This paper provides an overview of the scope of application of belt conveyor, an analysis of its working principle and main performance. The detailed analysis and selection are carried out on the various components of the conveyor components. In the design of the conveyor of the main components of the stress is calculated. As the selection of the tailstock, we take the use of Tailstock screw tensioning device so that the conveyor system can always maintain the necessary tension. And Solidworks is used to do the finite element analysis on the connecting axis, to meet the required strength.
