摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)包括三個部分:一般部分、專題部分和翻譯部分。
一般部分為錢營孜煤礦2.4 Mt/a新井設(shè)計(jì)。錢營孜煤礦位于安徽省宿州市西南,區(qū)內(nèi)有南坪集至宿州市的公路和四通八達(dá)的支線與任樓、許疃、臨渙、童亭、桃園等礦井相連。青疃~蘆嶺礦區(qū)鐵路支線從勘查區(qū)南部由西向東穿過,向東與京滬線、向西與濉阜線溝通。合徐高速公路從勘查區(qū)東北部穿過,交通十分便利。井田走向長度約6 km,傾向長度約3.2 km,面積約35.08 km2。主采煤層為32號煤層,平均傾角為12°,平均厚度為2.89 m。井田工業(yè)儲量為159.69 Mt,可采儲量為99.32 Mt,礦井服務(wù)年限為51 a。礦井正常涌水量為434 m3/h,最大涌水量為885 m3/h。礦井絕對瓦斯涌出量為1.72 m3/min,屬于低瓦斯礦井。
根據(jù)井田地質(zhì)條件,提出四個技術(shù)上可行的開拓方案。方案一:立井單水平開拓上山開采,巖石大巷開拓;方案二:立井單水平開拓上山開采,煤層大巷開拓;方案三:立井兩水平開拓上山開采,巖石大巷開拓;方案四:立井兩水平開拓上山開采,煤層大巷開拓。通過技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)比較,最終確定方案一為最優(yōu)方案。水平標(biāo)高-720 m。
設(shè)計(jì)首采區(qū)采用采區(qū)準(zhǔn)備方式,工作面長度200 m,采用綜采一次采全高采煤法,礦井年工作日為330 d,工作制度為“三八制”。
大巷采用底卸式礦車運(yùn)輸,輔助運(yùn)輸采用礦車運(yùn)輸。礦井通風(fēng)方式為分區(qū)對角式。
專題部分題目是工作面大推進(jìn)度運(yùn)輸保障技術(shù),錨網(wǎng)支護(hù)是這類巷道的主要支護(hù)手段。闡述了沿空巷道上覆巖層結(jié)構(gòu)、圍巖應(yīng)力分布、圍巖變形的一般規(guī)律。并通過對現(xiàn)場實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)的整理分析,總結(jié)了類似條件下巷道的礦壓顯現(xiàn)規(guī)律,以指導(dǎo)沿空巷道的支護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)。
翻譯部分題目是水泥漿性能對充分注漿錨桿拉拔承載能力的影響。

ABSTRACT
This design can be divided into three sections: general design, monographic study and translation of an academic paper.
