畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)φ120 臥 式 單 螺 桿 擠 塑 機 CAD系 部 : 專 業(yè) : 班 級 : 姓 名 : 學(xué) 號 : 指導(dǎo)教師 : 完成時間 : 摘 要塑料工業(yè)是新興的工業(yè),是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)中的一個重要的行業(yè),與其他工業(yè)相比它是一個年輕的,但發(fā)展前景廣闊的工業(yè)部門。在機械制造業(yè)中,塑料廣泛的被用來制造零件、部件。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,每年大約有25﹪的塑料用于機電行業(yè)各個部門。塑料機械隨著工業(yè)的發(fā)展而逐步的成長起來。在塑料機械中,塑料擠出機是最多的機種之一,是塑料制品加工量最大的一種加工機械。塑料擠出機在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)中有著廣泛的應(yīng)用,其中 φ120 塑料擠塑機主要用于各種熱塑性塑料的擠出成型。若配置相應(yīng)的機頭及輔機,選用合適的螺桿,能將聚氯乙烯(軟或硬)聚乙烯、聚丙烯、ABS 等塑料連續(xù)擠制成管、膜、瓶、帶、絲、粒、板、異型材、電線電纜等制品。其主要特點是:吸收國外同類先進產(chǎn)品的特點、電控箱與擠塑機組成一體化形式。 設(shè)計有多種形式的螺桿,長徑比值大。采用可控硅直流電機驅(qū)動,無級調(diào)速平穩(wěn)可靠,亦可用變頻電機。機筒外設(shè)置鑄鋁加熱器,并配有冷卻用吹風(fēng)機。 由數(shù)字顯示溫度控制儀實現(xiàn)自動控溫、定溫。具有軸向力過載保護和扭矩過載保護功能。 采用智能化雙顯數(shù)字化溫控儀,實現(xiàn)自動控制,控制精度高。此次設(shè)計包括 φ120 塑料擠出機的總體布局,傳動系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,螺桿軸承部分的結(jié)構(gòu)及其布置形式,擠壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,主要零件的校核。關(guān)鍵詞:塑料機械;塑料擠出機;單螺桿AbstractThe plastics industry is the emerging industry, is in a modern industry important profession, compares it with other industries is young, but prospects for development broad Industry sector.In the machine-building industry, the plastic widespread is used for to make the components, the part. If deploying the corresponding hand piece and auxiliary engine , selecting and using the right bolt , being able to Geon (soft or hard) plastic continuation such as polyethylene , polypropylene , ABS be pushed against manufacture the tube , film , bottle , belt , silk , granule , board , heterotypic products such as material , wire cable. Adopt the silicon controlled rectifier continuous current dynamo drive, steeples speed regulating is stable reliable, frequency conversion electric motor also available. Machine is set up outside the tube casting the aluminum heater, and be qualified for have a cooling to use a blower. From digital display temperature under the control of instrument realization, the automation charges the temperature, fixes the temperature. Have axial force overload protection and the moment of torsion overload protection function.
