Conversation Teaching key points: vocabulary sentence the forms of verbs: have---has need---needs do---does Teaching difficult points: The sounds of “vegetables” and “fruit” The forms of verbs: have---has need---needs do---does Teaching preparations: word cards, real object, tape recorder, a picture Teaching procedures: Step1: Revision 1. Review the words with cards in the first period.(guessing game) 2. Review Target: Pair work, using the new structures Ask and answer questions.(or make a short dialog) Step2. Presentation: T: (預(yù)先把蔬菜,水果的圖片發(fā)給學(xué)生)Do you have any vegetables?(師問的同時(shí)舉起蔬菜的圖片) S: Yes, we do. T: vegetables… S: vegetables… T: Do you have any fruit? (師問的同時(shí)舉起水果的圖片) S: Yes, we do. T: fruit... S: fruit... Practice these vocabulary A. Listen to the tape of conversation and then answer some questions. B. Let the students read after the tape. C. Group work to read the conversation. D. Have a reading match. See which group is the best. E. Act out their work. F. Ask students some questions: What does Lin Ping have ? She has some books. Does Gao Ming have any sugar? No, he doesn’t. What does he need? He needs some sugar. Write the dialogues on the blackboard and read it. G. Ask the students to make up dialogues as the above. They can use anything they have and any classmate or friend. But they must notice the verb forms: verb+s/es. H. Give the students ten minutes, let them together more information. I. Act out their work and point out the mistakes of the usage of the verbs. J. Listen to the students book P17. Practice 1. P18. Sing the song and do 2 Step3. Do Writing Book P9.1 and P10.2 Check up, analyzing the exercise. Step4 Conclusion: Let the students talk about what they have learned in this period, then get a good idea. Homework: 1.
