齒輪行業(yè)的基本介紹齒輪傳動機構所組成的裝置是由兩個齒輪或多個齒輪組成的一種傳動機構,通過利用齒輪之間的相互嚙合,將電動機、汽油機、柴油機等原動機的轉速通過齒輪的轉換到我們所需要的轉速,并且使之達到我們所要求的扭矩。齒輪傳動所構成各種機械裝置是各機械裝備能夠實現(xiàn)運作的重要基礎件,齒輪傳動與帶傳動、鏈傳動、摩擦傳動、氣壓傳動、液壓傳動等傳動相比,所具備的特點有使用和達到的功率范圍大、齒輪傳動的傳動效率要更高、其運動更加平穩(wěn)、沖擊小、齒輪傳動比很準確而且它的使用壽命比較長、齒輪傳動機構可以設計的緊湊節(jié)約空間等,相較于其它的傳動方式齒輪傳動更加安全、可靠、性價比更高,這些優(yōu)點決定了齒輪傳動在大部分機械裝備領域中的不可替代的地位。 現(xiàn)如今我們可以按照產品的用途,可以把齒輪行業(yè)劃分為三類:工業(yè)用的齒輪、汽車用齒輪以及為專用設備生產的特殊齒輪。工業(yè)用種類的齒輪產品應用的領域范圍包括船舶用齒輪、礦山用齒輪、冶金用齒輪、航空用齒輪等;車輛用齒輪產品應用的領域范圍包括各種汽車和摩托車的齒輪、工程機械車輛、農用拖拉機、收割機以及軍用的車輛等等;為專用設備生產的特殊齒輪主要有生產齒輪的專用刀具車銑床以及特殊的生產裝備。1.2 齒輪行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀基本介紹今年來我國發(fā)展迅速,但是先進的生產技術一直都在歐美國家的手中,雖然我們的一些產品已經可達到國際齒輪生產的先進水平,但是還是有很多的齒輪產品在噪聲與壽命這些方面達不到國際齒輪生產行業(yè)的先進水平。因此在齒輪傳動和驅動的制造水平以及精度方面歐美國家始終占據著領先的地位,如今的齒輪的市場在國際上競爭激烈,由于市場規(guī)模龐大,因此所擁有的機遇也很大,先進的生產技術能在市場上占有先機。目前的齒輪行業(yè)的市場中其產品的種類多種多樣而且集中度卻比較較低。在這當中我國還沒有擁有進入國際前十的市場份額,在我國的齒輪市場中,僅車輛齒輪和工業(yè)齒輪的市場份額就達到了98%。2 概述2.1 設計的目的和要求2.1.1 設計目的目前國內大部分帶離合器的齒輪箱都是在汽車、摩托車、工程車輛、農機以及其他類車輛上均會使用到,還有一些船舶等會使用。帶順倒車離合器的減速齒輪箱的設計可以運用在一些小型機械上。目前國內大部分的都是齒輪箱與離合器分開的便于需要選用,但對于只需要實用但不了解的人來說不好選購,而對于小型設備的帶順倒車離合器的減速齒輪箱市面上比較少,因此帶順倒車離合器的減速齒輪箱的設計對于不了解的人而言選購就簡單得多。2.1.2 設計要求設計雙級圓柱齒輪減速器帶有離合器,電動機7.5kw,滿載轉速1440r/min,高速級采用斜齒圓柱齒輪傳動,齒數(shù)比u=3,低速級的齒速比u=2,每天工作16h,預計壽命10年(設每年工作300h)。在輕載條件下,有正、倒車功能,操作(離合及正、倒車) 有本地及遙控功能,齒輪箱有一定的安全保護功能。2.2 擬定傳動方案1-電動機 2-三星輪換向機構 3-減速器 4-高速級齒輪傳動 5-低速級齒輪傳動 3 傳動零件的設計計算3.1 齒輪的計算3.1.1 高速級齒輪傳動齒輪的計算(1) 根據實際生產經驗選擇齒輪的材料同時判斷熱處理方式,還需要對齒輪的精度等級進行選擇??紤]到該減速器為一般機械,高速處理小齒輪選用45鋼調質,平均硬度為250HBS,根據傳動關系與受力方式低速大齒輪選用45鋼正火,大齒輪的齒面硬度為200HBS,大小齒輪的精度等級選用8級精度。(2) 按齒面接觸疲勞強度初步計算齒輪參數(shù)。即 軸的設計計算對軸的設計計算主要包括軸承的選擇與校核、軸上彈性聯(lián)軸器內徑及寬度、鍵的選擇和驗算、與軸相連接的聯(lián)軸器的選擇。因為齒輪減速箱體的內壁寬度基本上是由中間軸的結構尺寸來決定的,因此需要先對中間軸進行設計,然后再對高速軸和低速軸進行設計。4.1 傳動裝置的動力參數(shù)的計算已知電動機的功率P=7.5kw,轉速=1440r/min。4.1.1 對中間軸的進行材料選擇因為所需要的傳遞功率并不是特別大,并且對該軸的結構尺寸和它的重量沒有特殊的要求,可以選用45號調質鋼。4.2.2 對中間軸的最小軸徑進行計算先按式初步估算軸的最小直徑;由于所選軸的材料為45號調質鋼,由下表取得C=110,再由上式計算得=1104.2.3 對中間軸的結構進行設計1)中間軸結構假想如圖所示 中間軸結構假想圖2)軸承的選擇與 對高速軸的最小軸徑進行計算先按式初步估算軸的最小直徑;由于所選軸的材料為45號調質鋼,由下表取得C=110,再由上式計算得=110輸出軸的最小直徑為安裝三星換向機構齒輪1的軸,由于該處軸需要開有鍵槽會對軸的強度削弱,此處的軸徑應該增大5%,即mm取最小軸徑為22mm.4.3.3 對高速軸的結構設計1)高速軸結構構想如圖所示 對低速軸的最小軸徑進行計算先按式初步估算軸的最小直徑;由于所選軸的材料為45號調質鋼,由下表取得C=110,再由上式計算得=110輸出軸的最小直徑為安裝彈性聯(lián)軸器處的軸,由于該處軸需要開有鍵槽會對軸的強度削弱,此處的軸徑應該增大5%,即mm。取最小軸徑為38mm.4.3.3 潤滑油的選擇在使用脂潤滑的時侯,擋油環(huán)或其它內部密封裝置設置在軸承的內側,可以避免減速箱中的油飛入軸承使?jié)櫥幌♂?。在設計滴油潤滑時可以選擇間歇滴油潤滑以及連續(xù)滴油潤滑這兩種滴油潤滑方式。要保證減速箱運動時軸承能被潤滑油所潤滑,可以在軸承的內側設計擋板可以使軸承被擋板檔住的油潤滑。如果減速器軸承的轉速很高時,就需要設計壓力噴油裝置來進行潤滑??紤]到齒輪和軸承使用一樣的潤滑油會節(jié)約成本并提供便利,所以應選用L-CKC68潤滑油。5.3 密封方法的選取經過計算選擇凸緣式軸承端蓋,可以最好的調整軸承間隙并且密封性很好好,同時采用氈圈油封來進行軸的密封。所選用的密封圈型號根據計算出軸的直徑進行選擇,密封圈的型號分別為氈圈35JB/ZQ 4606-1986和氈圈40JB/ZQ4606-1986。軸承蓋的尺寸結構應按照軸承的定位外徑來決定。6 論畢業(yè)設計是一份重要的工作,需要自己獨立完成的畢業(yè)設計任務,也是我們將來進入工作中的需要經歷的階段,作為一名學習機械設計的學生,我們要對生活中的各方面敢于嘗試新的方式去完成,對舊的設備進行新思路的設計,我們將來可能從事的工作會是實際的操作或是從事各種設計,新的高新技術的應用。所以我們應該培養(yǎng)自己對新的事物的學習能力,対舊事物的改進能力,提高對市場調查和收集資料的能力,通過工作學習中的設計、繪圖等環(huán)節(jié)來鍛煉機會,不斷地提高自己的所掌握的能力。在設計過程中我們要從實際出發(fā),要認真的思考把每一個細節(jié)考慮全面,對方案的不斷篩選,找到最佳方案。在這幾個月的畢業(yè)設計中,不斷地努力學習,終于有了現(xiàn)在的成功?;叵肫饋恚诋厴I(yè)設計過程中真的是讓我認識到了自己學習中的不足,對以后生活工作中的困難有了深刻的認識。有時為了計算一個參數(shù)可能需要對其中每一細節(jié)了解清楚還要查閱好幾本資料書,才能將參數(shù)計算出來。在撰寫論文的過程中,也經常遇到很多的困難,就需要去圖書館或上網搜索查閱資料,在與老師和同學討論、交流的過程中很多問題迎刃而解?,F(xiàn)在隨著機械技術和自動化技術的發(fā)展和不斷進步,機械化和自動化程度越來越普遍,對我們的社會生活也是產生了方方面面的影響?,F(xiàn)在的社會生活中的各個企業(yè),公司都因為機械化技術和自動化技術的發(fā)展和進步,而產生了無與倫比的變化。齒輪減速器常用在原動機和工作機或執(zhí)行機構之間,往往起到了使工作機獲得相應轉速和轉矩的作用,在現(xiàn)代機械中應用極為廣泛。帶順倒車離合器的減速齒輪箱的設計由齒輪、軸、軸承、箱體、換向機構、離合器等組成。通過對不同部分的設計完成對整體的設計,設計過程中需要設計齒輪傳動、校核齒輪強度、軸的尺寸及強度設計、選擇軸承、聯(lián)軸器、平鍵等選用的一系列標準件。然后使用AutoCAD進行二維平面設計,畫出裝配圖,零件圖等,通過本次畢業(yè)設計,幫助我們樹立比較完善的設計思想,將我們大學中學習的零散的知識集中回憶并學習了又一遍,提高了我們對專業(yè)知識的綜合利用能力。掌握了機械設計過程中的一般設計規(guī)律,知道了對設計從何入手,本次設計對我們的計算、繪圖進行了訓練,提高了我查閱資料的能力,對標準和規(guī)范的應用有了更好的認識。 我在本次畢業(yè)設計中通過不斷地的學習,基本掌握了設計的一般步驟和方法,同時對我們大學四年來學習的各種專業(yè)知識更加鞏固,這次畢業(yè)設計讓我們又學到很多新的知識。在我的個人設計中有些地方還不完善有待改進。 致
